My body sways to the music in a skin tight dress, I've never imagine myself wearing before. It's suffocating my body, while the amber liquid in my right hand slightly sloshes about in its cup. Its been three weeks since I left Maddox's house, determined to finally be me.

Or just let loose?

I honestly can't even care anymore. I was used to being alone before so I can do it again. Strong hands trace my hips pulling me back into a hard chest. Downing the rest of my whiskey sour i go along. Moving my hips to the beat while grinding on the man behind me.

Mouthing the lyrics of the song. Or I think I am do I even know this song? I might have had to many drinks tonight. I was bought a margarita by a fine young man when I say young I mean like he used a fake id to get his fine ass in here.

Giggling at the thought I freeze up a bit when the guys hands I was dancing with start to go places they shouldn't. Stepping away trying to free myself Im not able to.

"hey let go!" I yell finally turning around to come face to face with Grayson. "Grayson!" yelling trying to be heard over the music. One look at his facial expression and I knew he wasn't happy.

Turning my back on him stumbling as I walk away through the crowed dance floor of the club I decided to come to, it seems like the sea of people will never end till I make it to the bar.

A single bar stool free just for me I get to it as quick as I can to sit down to rest my feet. Heels fucking suck ass. Why did I come out? I don't even fucking know. Work sucks, then going home to a trashed apartment fucking sucks worse.

I've stopped talking to anyone and everyone. I'm alone just me now. I'll always have me. Forever. It's better this way, leaving everyone else in the past so I can move forward.

Ordering another drink this time four shots of straight tequila, I sit waiting. Knowing Grayson will find his way to me. He always does. Sure enough after throwing back the third shot he's by my side.

"Ivy you shouldn't drink this much." His mouth close to my ear so I can hear him I don't even try to move away. Basking in his closeness. "What happened to you? You're not someone to dress like how you are. A dress so tight you can practically see what's underneath. Ivy let me take you home."

"Home?" I ask my vision begging my eyes to blink away the blurry haze that has begun to set in, but only too fail. "What time is it?" I can hear the slur in my voice trying so hard to show Grayson I'm fine.

When in reality I know I'm not.

"It's nearly three in the morning."

"No it can't be it was just ten when I check my phone not long ago." I yell so he can hear me. Standing up quickly getting off the bar stool only to cause my ankle to buckle and twist in the heels I decided to wear. Closing my eyes in anticipation of the hard contact of the floor I'm about to recive but it never does.
