Chapter Thirty Four

Chen, Xiumin and Xiao-ping walk through the thick brush as they tried to lie low. But Xiao-ping knew that they weren't safe yet. "You guys walk in front of me. I'll take the rear in case we're attacked". He said pulling out a gun. But the gun wasn't an ordinary one. They both watched as it wielded around his wrist almost becoming another part of his body. It flashed light blue before molding into a gun. Both Xiumin and Chen looked at him shocked.

"Whoa, that is one cool gadget. Wish we had something like that from EXO Planet". Chen said looking at the gun. Xiao-ping smirked looking at the gun. "A lot has changed since you all left. But it's still in ruins and making a life there is found difficult. People are fleeting their homes, but no one knows where they will end up. They just hope for a better future". Xiao-ping explained as he looked at his friends.

Xiumin wanted to ask a question that was burning his mind but didn't know if he should. Last time it was a dreadful goodbye. "How's our families doing?" Xiumin asked nervous of what he was going to say. Xiao-ping sighed before looking up at his friend. "I honestly don't know. I been on the other side of EXO Planet under orders to be hidden. When I was attacked and left for dead by the Red Force, someone took me under their arms and healed me. Given it's took some time for me to heal, but since I woke up from my coma I been in touch with Kai here and there. I been his other outlook to keep tabs on everything going on. I know someone who is also trying to take down the Red Force, and he's on our side, but he's spying for me. But unfortunately I lost touch with him a few days ago".

"Wait, so all this time you been talking to Kai and he never once told us". Chen said shaking his head. "It was only to keep my identity secret and Kai's. None of you are safe as they all want something from you. I haven't been in contact with Kai for a while, because I feared something bad happened. As soon as I couldn't get in contact I rushed all the way here".  Xiao-ping explained of what he knew.

"We know that the Red Force tried to get to two of our friends. Them being Baekhyun and Lay. The Red Force hurt both of them, but Baekhyun was the weakest of us all which resulted in his attack. Lay was attacked the same way, but his injuries weren't serious. Baekhyun was in a coma for a few days.  And since he woke up the Red Force is trying to make him transform into this monster. Which unfortunately Baekhyun just did not long ago hurting Suho". Xiumin said.

By the tone in his voice Xiao-ping could tell he was worried. For not seeing them in years his friends were still the same except  older. "Hey, don't worry we'll get Baekhyun back". He patted Xiumin's back hoping to lighten up the dark mood.

Suho was startled awake from his dream as some memories came back. He looked around to find that D.O was awake reading a book. The only thing on his mind was the aching in his head. "What the hell happened?" Suho asked rubbing his head. "Hey, take it easy. How are you feeling?" D.O asked setting the book down his attention on his leader. "Been better. I had this weird dream that we were trapped somewhere and there was a box beside me and I saw hands, like people were trapped inside it. But it seems so familiar". Suho said rubbing his head.

D.O looked at his leader shocked at what he said. Did he remember? "Wait you remember? Do you know who I am?" D.O asked hope mixed in his tone. Suho shrugged looking around before looking at D.O. "Yeah, you're D.O". Suho acted as if it was nothing major. D.O wanted to jump for joy but didn't know if he knew anything else. "Do you know who you are?" D.O asked his tone growing serious.

Suho hesitated trying to concentrate on what he remembered. "My name is Suho. Why are you asking me questions?" Suho's tone came out sharper than he wanted to. "Do you not remember who hurt you or what happened?" D.O asked worry taking over. Suho shook his head.

"I remember coming outside, then a bright flash and then noting. I don't remember anything else or why I am here. Who was the guy I was talking to earlier?" Suho asked confusion lacing his voice. D.O groaned shaking his head. "We went over this. His name is Chanyeol, he's one of your best friends. You seriously don't remember him?" D.O asked growing more worried. Suho shook his head. "No, sorry I don't remember. The more I try the more my head hurts". Suho said tiredly.

"It's fine just get some rest and maybe your memories will come back". D.O reassured him as he watched him fall asleep. D.O was at a loss of what to do. They were down so many members and one has lost part of his memory. "What do I do?" D.O whispered looking up at the ceiling.

Baekhyun woke up in a dark lit van as he was jostled awake. He was about to rub his eyes when he noticed that he was shackled from his hands to his feet. "Aish, why am I sore?" Baekhyun whispered groggily. He looked around not seeing an escape route. Clearly he was trapped. "Ah, sleeping beauty is awake. About time you woke up". A voice appeared through the speakers. It was a voice Baekhyun never heard of before and didn't want to know. Because he got a bad feeling from him.

Suddenly the van jerked to a stop causing Baekhyun to hit his head on the metal wall. Aish that jerk. Baekhyun thought as he felt the sting of where he hit his head. A bright light blinded Baekhyun as the back door of the van opened revealing three men. "Take him to his room. Boss is waiting on his arrival". The guy said as he demanded the other two.

Baekhyun was harshly grabbed and dragged towards the building that he never seen before. He took in his surroundings observing every detail of this place in case it came in handy. "Make sure he doesn't escape. Use force if necessary". The guy said as they they threw Baekhyun in his room.

This story is close to becoming the end. But their is a few more plus chapters to go before the end. That concludes the end of chapter thirty four. What did you think of the chapter?
