The day I was hospitalized was the day Todoroki and Bakugo got their provisional license. On their way back they encountered a villain, which the two of them took care of. Because of everything going on with me they didn't really pay attention to it, but a lot of media outlets wanted to interview the two boys. When I was finally back on my feet they complied.

A few days later, seemingly out of nowhere, almost the entire city of Deika was destroyed by twenty individuals. The destruction was said to be greater than in Kamino. Because of the scale of the incident and the way everything was destroyed I suspected that the League of Villains was involved, but you could never be too sure and the news didn't confirm it either.

Nine days after the incident, one day after Bakugo and Todoroki's third interview, we were watching the news in class to listen to the citizens' responses and opinions on what happened in Deika. The normal civilians' opinions differed a lot, some saying that the heroes should have done a better job and others saying that they were not at fault and couldn't have done anything.

After that a hero critic spoke about the incident, saying that this was a turning point and that the usual words of criticism had transitioned into words of encouragement.

"People are taking it a little better than they did before the whole 'can't ya see-kun' thing", Uraraka commented.

I remembered that there was a civilian who pointed out that Endeavor was fighting for us back when he fought the Nomu and started his sentence with 'can't you see', but to call him 'can't ya see-kun' seemed a little rude to me.

"All thanks to Endeavor's efforts, I guess!", Ashido said.

"I wouldn't be so optimistic!", a vaguely familiar female voice suddenly shouted.

Everyone in the class turned their head to the door to see Mt. Lady and Midnight entering together.

"It might seem like the heroes have the wind in their sails again, but if you flip the situation back to its backside, people are actually feeling a sense of urgency!", Mt. Lady continued. "The shouts of encouragement from those who were promised justice's victory are, in reality, prayers of desperation! In today's society, where so many heroes are caught up in the showbiz of it all, the people are yearning for a true hero to emerge!"

"Waahh, Mt. Lady?!", Midoriya gawked.

"What's she doing here?", I quietly asked Todoroki.

The half and half boy shrugged.

"She was invited here as a guest lecturer since you guys have been getting more media exposure lately", Aizawa explained as he emerged from the hallway wearing what looked like a sleeping bag suit. "Midnight's escorting her."

"Today's class will be a practical seminar about the media!", Mt. Lady announced. "I, the beautiful center of attention in the hero world, will teach you all there is to know about how a hero should carry themselves."

'the beautiful center of attention in the hero world'? Really?

"Let's Plus Ultra this lesson, everyone!", Mt. Lady shouted.

A few minutes later everyone had changed into their hero costume and we were lead to a stage outside.

"We'll be practising hero interviews!", Mt. Lady shouted as soon as we arrived.

I silently watched as my classmates underwent their mock interviews. Everything went smoothly until it was Todoroki's turn.

"That was some amazing work out there, Shoto!", Mt. Lady said.

"What are you talking about?", Todoroki monotonously replied.

"Pretend you just finished a tough job or something!", Mt. Lady instructed. "What kind of hero are you trying to become, Shoto?"
