Chapter 23

"Alright...", I mumbled as I looked at my lot. "Number 6, I guess."

"(y/n)", Ojiro said as he walked up to me. "Are you number 6?"

I nodded.

"Guess we're a team then."

"Nice!", I replied. "Do you get scared easily, Ojiro-kun?"

"Not usually", he answered with a small smile. "I'm not sure about this though..."

"Me neither", I chuckled. "So let's do our best!"

I never really spoke to Ojiro before. Sure, the occasional social interaction you (unfortunately) can't avoid with any of your classmates, but never an actual conversation. From what I'd seen in the past three months, Ojiro was a pretty cool guy. I was very happy I was in a team with him. Anyone over Mineta, who was with Midoriya.

"Hey, tail...!", Bakugo suddenly said as he walked up to us. "Switch with me."

The blonde vaguely pointed behind him. I looked over his shoulder to see Todoroki standing there.

"Katsu-chan, you're with Sho-chan?", I smiled. "You should really try to get along a little better."

"The fuck I should!", Bakugo snapped. "Switch with me, tail."

"No thanks", Ojiro awkwardly answered. "I don't think we're supposed to be switching the pairs up."

"He's right", I backed him up. "Go with Shoto, Katsuki. I'm sure you'll survive."

Bakugo glared at me before abruptly turning around and walking back to Todoroki.

A few minutes later, Ojiro and I were almost up.

"You're up, team 5...", Pixie-Bob said as she gestured to the forest. "Go on, Kero Kitty and Uraraka Kitty."

Not one minute after they left, we were disturbed.

"Pleased to meetcha, U.A. students!", someone said.

I quickly turned around and saw some kind of lizard dude. There was another person who carried a large sort of magnet thingy, one end pushing Pixie-Bob's head against the ground.

"We're the League of Villains' vanguard action squad!", the lizard dude continued.

"The league of villains...", Ojiro said from beside me. "How'd they find us?!"

"Should I go ahead and crush her pretty little skull?", the person with the magnet asked, referring to Pixie-Bob. "What do you guys think?"

"As if I'd let you...", Tiger growled.

"Woah woah woah, don't be hasty, Magne", the lizard said. "You too, Tiger. Calm down a bit. Holding power over someone's life is everything. Or don't you believe in following Stain's tenets?"

"Stain... so these are his followers!", Iida concluded.

"We sure are!", the lizard answered. "Ah, and of course we know about you, four-eyes! You're one of those who brought about the end of Stain in Hosu City... Let me introduce myself, I'm Spinner..."
