Chapter 3

Something different about my school, prom is at the beginning of the year, i know its queer, but my principle isnt the brightest cookie, when i say queer i mean queer, his office is more of a butterfly sanctuary than a principles office,hes decorated the room with green mesh where all the butterflies hang upside down on almost looks like they are sleeping bats that constantly multiply in the small spaced room,i mean where can one individual get soo many butterflies from its just so surreal.even his professional appearance is pretty shabby.a big bold patch that reveals his shiny bowling ball like head,small blue gleaming eyes that are as cold as ice,grey frizzy hair that sticks up as if he has been electrocuted three thousand times,a grey oversized workers suite and army colored open toed sandals. whats even more weird, he thinks the world is going to end on the twelfth of december two thousand and twelve, so hes like a doomsday prepper ,once a week every week he rings a special siren that was installed by a special doomsday prepper as well, who also didn't dress quite professionally, once the special bell rings all students are forced to be crammed into the small school hall until further notice,unless the world is actually under economic depression or crisis. being the "smart and educated" butterfly man he claims to be all the children's left over food from the cafeteria is collected in person by the principle after school hours and is dumped into an enormous CILO that keeps food harvested and in-date, just incase the world runs out of food....crazy i know but this dude is wacko.

It's not always easy asking a girl to prom,let alone confessing to her that You have been stalking her Facebook photos for over two years and you have been head over heels in love with her for so long, but that's why god created the though valentines day. The day when a boy grows the guts to tell the girl that she is his lust, or he loves her or they send a letter, which is by the way so damn cute!

Like i'll tell you a personal story from my experience and this is totally true.one february 14 me and my best friend were walking down the stairs casually as we had just re-united after our math classes which we was one of the many subjects that we were sadly not together in.my bestfriends best friend,the boy best friend , who's best friend came to talk to my best friend unexpectedly and when i walked along he told me to "go away"and when my best friend had come back from a chat with my boy best friends my best friend she had told me that my boy best friend wanted me to be his valentine and that he loves me.thats just an example,pretty confusing but you'll understand it one day, don't take this into much thought,this was pretty awkward to be honest,be honest and truthful,it'll just come naturally,whatever happens is always a memorable moment.

lucky for the boys this year, they have two chances to ask out that special girl just incase they chicken out, and even better for the girls they're is an even bigger chance that they will get asked to not only be their valentine but even their prom date...maybe

There are millions of ways to ask a girl to be your valentine, let alone two million hundred thousand ways to ask them to prom,and if your lucky he'll ask you using one of the cute ways, like dropping a note in your locker , now thats beyond cute!

Anyway, so it was February the thirteenth at 1:02 to be exact, we were all sitting around the plump cafeteria table, where almost every food has been placed, every type of drink has been spilt,every brand of chewing gum had been stuck under that very table which was surprisingly spotless without a speck of dust or food crumbs anywhere on it everything you could think of has been on that table.Sometimes we think about the legends who might have sat on that very table, Justin bieber,chris brown,jake gyllenhall,Selena Gomez,beyonce, Luke Brooks! Surely one of them, just imagine someone so famous was once sitting at the very table you are currently sitting at.What a feeling.

Well anyway, yeah so friday the thirteenth, A.K.A valentines day.None of us girls thought we'd get a letter from a boy. When I say we, I mean my girl friends......yes I know you thought jai was my only friend, well your wrong, Jai and i are best friends no doubt about that, but at school we don't sit together at lunch, we need our girl and boy time too, other than that were like to peas in a pot.I need time to socialize with people of the same gender too you know.Okay my girl friends, there's only 5 of them, Sara,Carly,becca,ruby and angel. Sara with big beautiful brown eyes that go in an up direction with the most beautiful eyelashes you will ever lay eyes on,small but plump rosy pink lips,long black hair that drops towards the bottom of her back and a perfect girly body.Carly big beautiful dark green eyes ,silky,Brunette,but slightly dark caramel blonde curly hair ,small nose and big lips,becca the more sporty type,blue eyes like crystal and bleached natural blonde hair that was wavy and ended in a v shape down near her upper thighs,beautiful cheekbones and pink lips,a small lip ring and an amazing tan.angel,well she looks much like a descendant cant argue with that,her beautiful dark blonde straight hair that drops below her back,big light blue eyes that sparkle in the sunlight And turn a blue-green in the dark,six freckles on her small nose and beautiful tanned long legs and a sexy body frame. and last but not least ruby,one of the closest after jai,beautiful big dark blue eyes ,long thick eyelashes,small petite nose that goes slightly up,pink lips like pillows,small ears both pierced three times on each ,one cartilage on her left and a tragus on her right,an astonishingly golden all natural tan and a beauty spot right near below her left eye.My best friends in the entire world,

other than jai, he has a special spot on my heart, no one is closer to me than jai.

I began to open my packet of dried apples,because i am on a strict diet due to prom, while all my friends opened beast packets of sour lollies and salt and vinegar chips. Ill tell you it was so damn tempting to just have one sour lolly,but i found this tactic on the internet where you wrap an elastic band around your wrist and whenever u feel tempted to eat something fatty or do something wrong lift it and let go hard to remind your self that it is prohibited.While i was thinking about what jai was up to becaa stopped stuffing her face in chips and hesitated, it was like she was having a mini spaz attack.She was trying to tell me something

HEY HEY!! MIKKI! GUESS WHAT I HEARD!!

And my heart started racing, what happened? Did everyone find out that i think elias is a babe? Did mum find out that i bought a pink c3 phone without her permission? WHAT!

When she told me i just couldnt believe my ears.

OMG WHAT? Elias likes me?

What..i mean are you sure about this?

Yes ofcourse im sure! He and tyler were talking about it in sciencee! Hes going to tell you today after school! Becca sounded more excited for me than i was excited for me...

OMG I CANT EVEN! ARE YOU SERIOUS!

Then i paused and thought...

But wait...........What about jai...

And it hit me.... How was i suppose to pick between jai who happens to be my best friend since i can remeber and the boy i lust for , those big blue sparkling eyes and those long eyelashes , that jaw line! UMF!

And jai, Big hazel eyes that sparkle in the sun with just a hint of green in them, that fringe that i die for those silky lips,and his seducing smile and cute dimples.

I want to go to prom with elias!no negotiation on that! But me and jai have been speaking about going to prom together dateless since middle school!

What am i suppose to do?

A girl should not have to make this decision!

The rest of the day was unimportant,irrelevant to life and simply unnecessary to even explain in words.nothing much happened, i had p.e ,played some dodge ball, scraped my knee..ouch! Probably the only exciting thing that i was actually looking forward to was home time,i remembered then i had to go home alone today, jai had some extra ciriculum activity after school, i think it was pass.
