Chapter 18

I finally woke up to what looked like Luke's room I wasn't to sure though, I looked around the room to see Luke standing in front of the bathroom mirror examining his side "Luke?" I said trying to lift myself up "Lilly, Stay lying" He said as he ran over beside me placing his hand on my shoulder "W-what happened?" I looked over noticing stiches up looks side "It's nothing Lilly, I was just protecting you that's all" He gave me a small smile "It doesn't look do good!" I placed my hand on it, rumbing it gently, the scratch started to disappear slowly "L-luke!!!" I said leaning back "What?" He looked at me "Your wound i-it disappeared!" I pointed to where it was, Luke looked down to notice, It was gone "How did that happen?" He jumped to his feet "I only went to touch it to see how bad it was and it disappeared!!" I sat up finding the strength "ASHTON, KHEMCE!" Luke shouted running out the door and all the way down the stairs, I got myself up and slowly walked down to here them all talking in the kitchen "Remember that wound I had!" Luke's voice trailed off as he entered into the kitchen "Yes what about it Luke?" Ashton said turning around on his chair "Well it's not there anymore!" Luke said his voice all jumpy "What do you mean" Khemce said "Look" Luke lifted his top up to revel where his wound once was "That's impossible, how did that happen. It should take months to heal" Ashton walked over to Luke as I entered in behind "Lilly, Lilly healed it!" Luke looked over at me, My eyes widened at the fact that it was me who healed it "That's impossible!" Ashton looked over to see Khemce's face full of shock "I'm being serious it was Lilly, She went to see how bad it was and now.. It's gone" Luke ran over to the cabinet and pulled out a meat knife "Watch" Luke placed the knife and pulled it across drawing blood from his hand "Luke are you daft!!" My voice shouted at him, I didn't know what my brain was doing but I ran over to Luke placing my hand over his healing hsi wound "I TOLD YOU!" Luke's voice crackled as the wound disappeared "That's amazing!" Khemce came running over taking hold of my hands "She's so mush differnet to a vampire..She has to be much more than that!" Ashton walked over looking at me "We will find out soon enough" Luke's voice crocked. I'm not feeling myself, I didn't know what was over coming my body, Was it to do with what happened earlier or what? "Luke what time is it?" I looked over out the window to see it was really light outside "It's like 8 in the morning I think" Luke shrugged his shoulders like he was giving a rough guess "Shit, we have school" I stood back "Me and you aren't going, not with you just bein up and you are still not ready to go in" Luke said as he grabbed my shoulder "Urg, fine" I put my head down to the floor then made my way through to the lounge.

Katie's p.o.v

Lilly wasn't at school so I couldn't ask all the things I wanted to know or even sort things out with her, School didn't pass as fast as I thought it would, maybe becasue everything about Lilly was pilling up into my head, I just wanted to get home and possibly phone her and see her or something, just anything. I'm such a impatient person. I finally arrived home so I decided to give Lilly a call, She wasn't answering, I looked out my window to noice that her car was sitting outside the lake house, she still stays there. I got up and grabbed my coat and walked out the house and all the way up to the house, The woods where dark and it sorta of freaked me out. I finally arrived at the house, a chill ran down my back a I held my hand out to chap on the door, I froze then I finally got the guts to chap on the door. The door flung open and there stood a boy with red hair, it was Michael, my heart started racing "Katie, isn't it?" Michael's voice churped "Y-yeah" I sturred, I must of sounded so stupid so I mentally punched myself in the face "Why are you here?" He asked "E-emm can I talk to Lilly?" I spoke up "Em she isn't able to see anyone at the moment" He leant up against the door "Why not?" I crossed my arms across my chest "Becau-" He was cut of "Michael it's okay, She can see me" Lilly's voice spoke harsh from behind, I looked behind Michael to see Lilly slowly traipsing over holding her side, she looked as if someone has beaten her up, They better not have here. I will kill them all "Lilly, Are you okay?" I spoke up "Yeah I'm fine" She grabbed a hold of the door as Michael let it go "Can we talk?" I spoke standing to the side "Well yeah sure but not out here, Come in" she stood to the side and placed a hand out front inviting me in, I took a gulp and slowly took a step in a cold feeling started to take over as I followed Lilly through what felt like a never ending hallway until we finally arrived into the kitchen where evryone was sitting as I entered everyone turned and looked at me, eyes focusing up and down me "C'mon" Lilly jumped past me and started to head up a set of stairs "Take a seat" Lilly said as we entered a room it must of been hers and Luke's "Thanks" I sat down across from Lilly "Well about me being here"
