Chapter 24

My mind was still ticking away, playing through my mind. Luke. My Luke. I still hadn't woken, still the sound if two heart beats ringing through my ears, to hear my own child's heartbeat and the memories with Luke running through my head, I felt safe. But knowing where I was and what could happen, I didn't feel safe enough.

"Lilly.. Lilly, wake up, Lilly!!" Lauren's voice was calling, shaking me to wake me up, I flickered my eyes open, they burned as they open widely, it was light in the room. Too light in fact, I looked around the room, my mind still whirling "W-what happened" I stuttered out as I gathered where I was "Well to say, that little one of yours, is really picking a fight" Bonnie laughed out "What you mean?" I sat up looking over at her, the sharps pains in my side finally stopped, I looked down to see the bump slightly bigger than before "When ever he/she wants to grow, it will hurt, but now.. You'll be fine" a figure spoke from across the window, I looked up to see the girl I meet earlier today "Wait, I know you" I pointed over at her tilting my head slowly to the side "Yeahh, Jess by the way!!" She smiled as she crossed her arms "So Erm. How is this plan getting out going to work" Bonnie looked over at Jess "Let me think, I haven't covered it all yet" Jess hissed over at Bonnie, she placed her hands in the air "Alright alright, simmer down won't ya" Bonnie giggled out.

Luke's p.o.v

Calum was acting strange, like he knew something was up, but he wouldn't say. I know Calum, he always speaks up, since the day I've met him, I looked around, maybe to see if there was a chance I could race in and get Lilly. It's been to long, I wonder what's up. A weird, but good feeling was growing inside of me, a warm flush raced around my body, make every inch of my body twitch. "Ohhh someone's getting the feeling" Michael laughed as he placed a hand on my shoulder "what do you mean?" I asked looking up at him, watching as he say down beside me "Luke, don't be silly, we've all had it, your just the last one to feel it" he smirked, folding one knee up and placing one arm around it "What.. Do you mean.. A-am I, you know?" I stuttered out making a weird but confused look with me face "Your zinging with Lilly Luke" he nudged my shoulder, I bite my lower lip just not to blush, but it never really worked. I felt a smile crawling along my face "Well find her, don't you worry" Michael patted my shoulder as he stood up, walking over to Chloe.

Lilly's p.o.v

"I finally have a plan" Jess jumped up from the chair "What is it then" Lauren jumped up on the chair to listen in "Right, we are at the top, well tonight, we can basically sit in my room, and wait for the perfect time, when everyone is feasting we could just say that we're examining Lilly. Saying that her powers are still growing, my room is basically next to the dungeons, we could make our way down there, free every human, and then make our way out the trapped door at the end of the dungeons which leads us through the tunnel and to the woods beside us.." Jess instructed to us "The woods.. That's where Luke and that will be" I smiled jumping from my seat "Well that's what will happen" Jess said as she slowly climbed out her seat making her way over to the door "It's clear the now, let's make it to my room as we still can" Jess waves her hand, her head still out the door, Lauren Bonnie and I all looked at each other, climbed from our seats and followed as Jess made her way down the corridor and stairs to the door of her room, we all entered first "Jess, what is going on" a voice called, it sound like Alisa "Tell that master of yours, that we've moved Lilly down here, it's too bright up there, her powers will fade if she's up there that long!" She smirked out at Alisa "This better be the truth, you know what master will do" Alisa stood closer to Jess, Jess hissed at her, standing her ground. Alisa did the same back then turned on her heels and traipsing off "That was close" Jess said as she slammed the door behind her, we all stayed silent and waited for the feast to start, I felt nervous, like maybe I will muck it all up tonight get us caught or something. Just something.

It grew dark, I could hear screams. They must be feasting, the sounds off screams filling my ears, made my insides whirl, they are such monsters here, using the poor humans as food. I could never be one of them!! As it became night, we set off with jess's plan "right follow me and don't get caught" Jess whispered, we tiptoed along the corridor and through the dungeon gate, in the corner of my eye I could see a black shadow growing closer, I tapped bonnie pouting back towards the shadow, both pinning ourselves against the wall, seconds came and more shadows appeared "I knew she lied" a voice yelled, a loud crash following after "shite, guys move" Jess whispered I spun to face her following her down past the stairs, as we entered, their was barely anyone left in the room "save who we can" I whispered to the rest, grabbing the keys from the wall and opening each cell "follow her" I pointed over at Jess who was running down the long hall towards the trapped door which I could only slightly see from this distance, all the humans nodded and followed jess's footprints "down here, move!!" A voice called from the top of the stairs, I ran placing the keys back to where they belonged "you can't run Lilly Hamilton" Alisa laughed from the stairs "want to bet" I hissed back, using my ability to move objects, down fell all the spears, armoured Knights and what not that you would find in a dungeon "I know your secret" she hissed from the opposite side of the rummage "what secrets that" I said stopping dead in my tracks "Lilly ignore her, come on" Lauren called from the tunnel "the one inside you, you will never hide.. We'll be after her, she'll be more powerful that you" she mocked me with an evil snare "in your dreams" I hisses turning on my heels and running down to the rest.
As we made it out from the tunnel and in the woods, I looked around hoping maybe I would see someone around "Luke" I called out again, no one answered "Luke" I repeated. It was so quiet, no figure was in sight "Calum" Lauren joined in, she repeated herself over and over again, I joined it shouting on Luke again. Every shout growing weaker and weaker, the whole place spinning, before I knew I was out.

Ashton's p.o.v

In the distance I could hear shouting, "Calum", "Luke", the shouting kept continuing. I had to check it out. I paced myself through the woods to where I could here the shouting, in the distance around 10 feet in front stood 4 figure, I couldn't catch on, I stated longer moving closer, slowly, watching, a figure dropped, completely, the other three grabbing onto her "help us" one shouted, I ran over. To see it was Lilly lying there on the ground, Lauren grabbing her "Lauren, what happened" I panicked out "s-she-" her voice trailed off, I ran my hand along her sides, they felt hard, I ran them along to her stomach where it grew harder, in shock I ripped the cloak off to reveal a smallish bump "She can't be" I grabbed her, bridal style, racing along to the rest "Khemce" I shouted as I grew closer "It's Lilly" I shouted again, everyone turning round to see what I'm shouting at "Lilly!!" Luke shouted running over to her side as I placed her down gently "coats... I need coats" I screamed out, coats got passed over, wrapping them around her, her upper half and more to the stomach "Ashton, i-is she?" Calum stuttered out "she isn't dead, she's just not catching on as good" I looked over at him "Calum you weren't lying" Khemce placed a hand on his shoulder "looks like it, Luke!" Calum looked over at Luke "Looks like your going to be a dad" he smiled placing a hand on his shoulder "That's impossible" he ran over, kneeling beside me "It's not impossible" I took hold of his hand placing it onto of the small bump applied to Lilly's stomach "That's your daughter or son in there" I smiled over at him, watching as his eyes glowed with joy.

Luke's p.o.v

That's my child in there. That's really my child, I'm really going to be a father. As the moment Lilly awakens the bugs of joy I will give to her, but the clan? What if they find out? What will happen..
