Chapter 4

I woke up to my alarm going off, my head was pounding still, I didn't want to go to school but a part of me was telling me to go.. I got out of my bed and headed to the bathroom to rummage through my make up bag to find my foundation bottle empty "great" I mumbled to my self, I opened the mirror cupboard to find my mascara, I got ready, it was looking warmer today so I decided to wear my black shorts, black best top and my red checkered shirt and white cons.. "Lilly you ready?" My mum shouted from down stairs "Yeah, I'm just coming" I grabbed my bag and headed down stairs, passing my little brother I rumbled my hands through his hair "hey squirt" I said winking at him, I guess without having a dad around I need to be the best big sister possible. I ran through the kitchen and through to the garage to find my mum already in the car. I hoped in "let's goo" my mum said as she started the car a speed out the garage.

I finally arrived at school, I jumped out the car throwing my bag over my shoulder, I walked towards the field only to her my mum speak off, I was sort of late today so I didn't really decide to look for the girls I just texts Katie

Hey, I'm late today so I'm just gonna head to class, see ya at break x

Yeahh okay, see ya x

I placed my phone back into my page and started to head towards art. I arrived outside my art class just in time for the bell, I was first one there so I ran in to grab my seat gladly praying thank you as I don't have to walk in all eyes on me as usual. Soon the class started pulling in "Good morning class" Mr Perkins said as he placed his mug onto the desk "today we are going to be studying how to use-" he got cut off to the sound of the door opening, standing at the door was the vice principal Mrs Buchanan "Sorry to interrupt Mr Perkins, but you have a new pupil here today" a boy walked in, my jaw dropped there standing in the front of the class, a boy, almost the double to my drawing, only thing difference, his eyes were blue and he didn't look so "dark" he walked towards the desk "so your new?" Mr Perkins said taking a sip from his mug "huh yeah I guess" the boys eyes slowly making contact to the floor "what's your name son?" "Luke, Luke hemmings sir" "Well Luke take a seat up next to Lilly" my eyes widened as I heard my name being called, well I guess the only spare seat was next to me, the boy strolled up to the seat next next to me. His eyes widened as he sat down.. The lesson seemed to go by faster, every couple of seconds I could feel eyes piercing into mines, Luke would stop staring. I was sorta freaked out 1. He wouldn't stop staring at me and 2. He looked like the boy in my dreams? How is that possible

Lunch finally came and I searched the area to find Katie Sawsan and Riddle they where sitting at a table with their lunch, I took a seat from another table and placed it beside them "Omg have you seen that new kid Calum?" Katie said with a surprised expression "Yeah, but have you seen Michael damn" Riddle said playing about with her pasta "Yeah, but Luke?? He's weird" I said as I butt into to the conversation "em Lilly they are all so dreamy, they must be family or something if they've all shown up at the same time" Sawsan said as she took a mouth full of her sand which at that moment of time the door flung open at the back wall of the cafeteria, walked through a tanned looking boy with black hair his arm was around a girl, she looked new as well, behind him walked in guy.. His hair was bright red, why is it bright red, I wanted to giggle but I didn't want anyone noticing I was staring, he had his arms locked around a girl aswell, she must be new aswell, finally walked in Luke he was with some girl that.. Well she must have been knew as well, but he didn't look to fund of her, he wasn't linked around her or anything, she must just be a friend.. "ohh there they are" Riddle squealed to herself "Right Lilly, Red haired dork, that's Michael, they girl he's linked onto that's his girlfriend Chloe, The tanned dude that's Calum, the girl he's linked onto that's his girlfriend Ellie, and well I dunno the blonde haired one?" Katie said as she stared confused "That's Luke" I muttered to myself "How you know him?" Sawsan nudged me "He sits next to me in art" I turned to her nudging her back "Lilly he looks like the guy fro-" I flung my hand over Riddles mouth before she could finish "No he does not Riddle okay" I said, letting go of her mouth, my palm was all wet "Eww you licked me!!" I said rubbing my hand over my stomach "You asked for it" Riddle said shrugging to herself.

My gaze stayed on Luke the whole of lunch, he did look like the boy out my dreams? Am I still dreaming? No I can't be. Calum was in my biology class and Michael and Ellie where in my English. They all seemed to have the same attitude as Luke, I just wondered what Chloe would be like.

"Lilly, wanna hang out tonight?" Katie said as the bell finally went, oh thank god it was the weekend this week was going by so slow "yeah sure why not" I said as we exited the class "Yeah, come by around 5?" She said as we walked along to the car park "Yeah okay, there's my mum" I said once I spotted my mums car in the parking lot "yeah see ya later" Katie placed her arm around me giving me a hug goodbye. I ran along to my mums car "How was school?" My mum said breaking the silence through the journey "it was alright, boring though" I slouched in my set rummaging through my bag looking for my phone "Ohh long time since I've seen that old thing" my mum said with a small mocking sound "Yeah, that's why I never have it out" I looked out the window to notice we weren't driving home, we where heading into the town "Mum?" I said looking over at her "Well I did say your phone was old?" My mum said as she pulled into the mall parking lot "AM I GETTING A NEW ONE!!!??" I started dancing in my seat "Yeah why not?" My mum parked the car and locked it she held out her arm and I hooked onto it, it's been a while since me and my mother have done something like this, but it felt good. "oh I've just remember I've ran out of foundation" I said giggling "sweaty you don't need it you look perfect without it" my mum said as she ran her hand down my face, yeah she's right. I don't need make up to empress people, I'm gonna be more myself. I let go of her arm and started running towards the mall doors.
