Chapter 28

This time, it wasn't like before. My mind whizzed off again. I was standing in a room, a room I have never seen before. I slowly propped myself up, grabbing my stomach at the same time, to feel nothing.

"W-whats happening" I said to myself, as I spoke I heard screaming. "Ava!" I screamed them started running, I don't know why I had screamed that, or started running. As I started running through rooms. I noticed I was in a house. I started panicking like I knew what was happening. I started screaming on Luke, but he never answered.

"Ava!" I screamed again, I still had no idea why I was screaming it again. I grabbed onto a banister and flung myself around to run down a set of stairs to notice the front door wide open, I ran out. Stopping in my tracks as I got to the garden, the sky was bright red, and dark. The screaming grew louder, I had to start running again. Down, at the bottom of the street was a line of people, dressed in black cloaks running. A little girl was over a shoulder of one of them.

"Omg" I screamed to myself as I picked up my pace, one by one they turned around. Dropping the girl to the ground. The little girl at hazel eyes, the same colour as mine, with bright blonde hair.

"Mumma!" The little girl shouted, a hand wrapped around the little girls face, I didn't know what to do, I was speechless. She screamed once more. Them everything slowly faded.

"Lilly, wake up!!" Luke's voice called, I could hear him now.

I sprung up, throwing myself up "L-luke!" I stuttered out catching my breath

"What happened" he asked, about to grab me

"Ava, we need to protect her!!" I shouted placing an arm around my stomach and pushing Luke away from me

"Ava? Who's Ava?" He asked, confused, I slowly looked down at my stomach before looking back up to catch Luke staring as well "I will do anything to look after my two girls" he said as he pulled me in, kissing my fore head.

"Lilly, your okay!!" I heard my mother shout

"Yeah, I'm Okayy!" I shouted back

"You don't need to explain anything, I believe you!! I believe everything" she said running through to me

"Mum, I should of told you, but I couldn't" I said, struggling to get up

"I know, and the fact. I'm going to be a grandmother!!" She said all excited

"Yeah" I blushed a little

"How far on are you??" My mother asked

"2 months" I smiled

"Do you go full time?" She looked over at Luke. Thinking that we're some sort of non human or something

"Not full time, they go seven months" he smiled, placing his hand on my bump slightly

"So your one of them" she sighed slightly

"Ehh.. Yeah" I said looking away

"Well no matter what you are I'm still so proud of you babe" my mother stood up, waking closer. I got up as well, feeling a lump at the back of my throat

It grew dark, I was extremely hungry. I hadn't ate, We all went out hunting but Luke never left my side, any sudden movements or sounds his vampire mode kicked in.

"Someone is overprotecting much" I laughed loudly

"Lilly shh, I heard a noise," he hissed as he heard a brand snap

"It's probably ashton or Michael or maybe even calum" I laughed again

"What if it's not" he looked over at me, behind I could see a figure behind him growing near. Their arms went in the air ready to pounce, I knew who it was straight away.

"Waaaaa!" Ashton screamed, throwing himself on Luke

"You complete dickhead!!" Luke screamed falling to the ground. I could help myself but laugh, I have never seen Luke this pissed in awhile. He started cleaning himself down, watching every movement me and Ashton made as we laughed, he looked so stupid, and embarrassed "I hate use both" he hissed pulling himself up

"Nah, you love me" I laughed giving him a hand

"That's what you think" he spoke back, pulling me in. He snaked his arms around my waist, bringing me closer to his waist. As he pulled me in my arms wrapped around his neck tightly propping me up to reach his height. Our lips brushed against each other, slowly we pulled apart, he nudged his head towards the house. Smiling I took his hand and followed him towards the house.

"Luke?" I called from the bath room,

"Yeah?" He called through

"Ava is such a pretty name, don't you think" I smiled as I rubbed my hair win the tower

"Yeah, where did you even get the name?" He said, reaching the door frame of the bathroom.

"Well, it was when I took that turn again" I said spinning around, leaning in the sink

"Yeah, you haven't told me about that," he looked at me, crossing his arms

"Well, I was in a house. Really, it looked as big as this house, I was lying on the floor-" I spoke as I pushed myself of the sink and brushed past Luke to take a seat on the bed, Luke following "-the room felt cold, like ice cold. The wind was sending things flying, it was dark to say. As I was thinking where I was I heard a little girl scream, my body automatically jumped up and screamed Ava, like I knew what was happening, I started searching the house and made my way down the stairs to find where Ava was, the door was opened so I walked out to see her getting carried down the street by what looked like the clan they dropped her, she looked just like us, my eyes, your hair, she was out baby girl! And they where going to kill her!" I finished there, I could feel a lump growing St the back of my neck

"Lilly that won't happen, they won't hill of baby girl. She is safe, she has all of us, no matter what. And Lilly your the strongest vampire under the sun you'll stop at nothing to kill them if they touch her." Luke spoke, looking into my eyes.

"That is true! But" I spoke, stopping myself

"But what?" Luke said, raising and eyebrow

"What type of vampire am I? And had almost every ability, but the clan came after me before I was even one of use, like they knew something about me, they just wanted me to join the clan so badly" I said, shaking as I spoke

"I think I know, there's legends out there, they are rare, I have never met one in my life. It's said, clan members, hunt for them because they know, they can smell their blood, when they see humans the clan go and find them. To turn them, Clan venom can turn you evil, instantly, but our venom lets you choose what side you want to be on. And to have you like the clan they must hunt you. That's maybe why they hunted you, you may be one of them Lilly" Luke spoke

"How do you know this?" I asked confused

"Well when I become a vampire, I hadn't ever been to school, even as a human. My mum never had the money to send me to school, so when Ashton took me in, he taught me and Emily everything we had to know, the rest, they didn't, because they sent to school and everything, but one day I found books about these legends so Khemce told me everything I needed to know, like the legends are called Nephalims". He told me, feeling smart about himself

"So I could be a Nephalim?" I asked

"Yeah.. Possibly, well ask tomorrow" he said smiling

"Yeah why not" I smiled, like vampires can't sleep, but night for us, is like a time to just have time to your selfs, I spent most of it on the balcony with Emily and chloe. Or I was cuddled with Luke, talking about the baby, and the clan. But we had to before something we don't want to happen, happens.
