Interrogation
" I'll ask you again, where is Spicer staying on the ship?" The captain was asked by the frog. The captain was a cross between an electric eel and a goldfish. His hands and feet were nailed to the wall of his room and his right fin was torn off. He looked up at the frog who looked to resemble a standard tree frog.
" I've told you already, he isn't on this ship. Why would he be? Your goons have been searching the ship and still haven't found him. So, why are you so convinced that he is here?"
" I'm convinced because all the other ships that left Caerula were searched and he was not found. And I know for sure he left for Siltu today."
" You mean, the Slice Of The Stars wasn't the only ship you guys have been searching?" The captain asked, causing the frog to laugh out loud.
" Oh man, it's a good thing this room is soundproof. Did you really think we would just take a guess on which ship he is on? No, we made sure to have cult members on every ship that took off," He told the captain.
" How the fuck did you guys even manage to get some many people on my ship? Let alone all the other ones."
" I'm not obligated to answer your questions. Let's just say, we've got people on the inside. Now, what should I cut off?" He asked. Then unsheathed his word that looked like a cross between a rapier and a scimitar.
" What happened to the crew members on the other ships? What happened to my crew members?"
" Them? Well, most of them had to take a permanent " Vacation"," The frog said, grinning.
" No, you didn't!" The captain yelled then tugged at the nails that were holding him with all his strength.
The frog brought his sword down towards his shoulder. But the captain managed to free one of his hands. And stopped the blade with it. The sword cut deep into it as he freed his other hand. Then he coated in electricity. And tried punching the frog. The frog leaped back to avoid the attack and The captain quickly freed his feet.
" Could I get an easy day with my job for once? Sheesh," The frog said.
" You said your name was Uvam Ubi Vermis when you had me beaten and taken back to my room, correct? Well Uvam, I promise that you will pay for what you and your other cult members have done," The captain said. Then coated his entire body in electricity.
" Oh yeah, I'm sure you'll be able to do that when you're bleeding from five wounds on your body. But, if you want to try, then we have other ways of extracting what we need from you."
At those words, the captain launched a bolt of lighting at Uvam. Uvam blocked the attack by hardening the air in front of him. Then he launched the hardened space at the captain, knocking him back. The captain smacked against the wall then slid to the ground.
" I don't why you thought that would work out in your favor," Uvam said, as he approached the captain with his sword out.
The dazed captain tried getting back up but Uvam kept him held down by pressing hardened air down on him.
" You will pay for this!" The captain yelled. Then his electricity flared back up and he began pushing at Uvam's barrier. To Uvam's surprise, his barrier was being lifted.
" That dying strength of yours is bothersome. But, I can take care of it quickly," Uvam said. Then he lowered the barrier to expose the Captain's neck and lopped his head off. The head glared at him for a moment before the light left the captain's eyes.
Uvam took a clear star-shaped crystal out of his back and watched it turn to a dark blue. He looked down and saw the captain's blood leak towards him.
