Chapter 39

Reunited At Last

" Do you think they're trouble?" Planta asked.

" Could be. Be on guard," Lapisa said, as the pods landed.

Crystal told the other Golems to stay back in case something dangerous happened. Then she, Lapisa, and Planta approached the pods.

The one in the front started to open and from it, they heard a voice say

" Mom?"

" Luxy?! Is that you?"

Luxy stepped out of the pod along with Ferrum. Then everyone else got out of their pods. Luxy and Planta quickly embraced each other with a hug.

" I was worried sick about you!"

" We both were."

" Terry and I were worried about you both and dad too. But, we were actually out hoping to find Allen as well."

" Isn't he on Siltu?" Planta asked.

" Actually, he may have stolen a ship to look for us."

" He did what?!"

" I thought the same thing. But if you both come with us, he'll come back for sure!"

" We'd love to but.."

" But?"

Planta explained the situation with the tournament. And how they originally wanted to win so they could get a ship. But, now it was to help Pulmenti.

" So you see, we really want to go. But, if we drop out of the tournament, Pulmenti will lose everything," Planta said.

" How long will it take?"

" The tournament is in a week."

Luxy looked to Ferrum on what to do.

" Are you a -?" Lapisa began to ask him.

" Android actually. And give us a moment to make a call please."

Ferrum set up the receiver. Then tried contacting Milo. Luckily, he and the others were close to enough to Ardennis for the signal to reach. Though the extreme heat of the atmosphere hindered it some. Much like how Congelationis's atmosphere, also weakened a receiver's signals. Due to its extreme cold. Ferrum told Milo about Lapisa and Planta. As well as their dilemma. Then Milo relayed that information to everybody else. Allen, of course, was ecstatic to learn that three of the people he had been searching for were on Ardennis. It only took them a few hours from where they were, to fly there. Allen nearly took the door off the pod, pushing it open, so he could get out of it.

" I finally have you all back.." Allen said, watching everyone hug each other.

" We missed you too, Allen.." Luxy said.

" Allen, we're happy to see you. But what you did was...," Lapisa was starting to say.

" Uh, mom. We kind of already talked about this. Can you go easy on him? He's been through a lot."

" Fine. But, I will say this. Don't ever do something that dumb again, Allen."

" Noted. Unless.."

" Allen!"

" I'm just playin."

While they chatted, the others were talking about what should be done. When it came to Lapisa and Planta' situation.

" I say we force them to come back with us. It'll be easy. I'll just use one of my spells to put them all to sleep," Annie said.

" Come on, Annie. Allen literally just got reunited with them. At least give him some time to enjoy it before he and I get murdered by Violet. Not to mention, the situation with that Pulmenti guy."
