you've come to the conclusion that mission nights—as jaebeom called them— were one: too stressful. and two: they came way too quickly. there weren't enough hours in the day to convince jae to let you participate in the mission. especially when he was being a stubborn fuck.
"please, just let me show you that i know what i'm doing," you pleaded, but that didn't change his answer. but much to jaebeom's surprise, that didn't change yours. you'd go on this mission even if you had to lie about it.
gathering information for this mission wasn't hard. for a gang that should be keeping their life a total secret; these boys sure ran their mouths. and thanks to jaebeom's intricate training, figuring out ways around around some problems was easy.
an hour before the boys were supposed to leave, you left on one of the many motorcycles they kept in their garage. you held your gun in your belt, making sure you didn't lose it on the way. you arrived to the place where you had been held captive before, it sent chills down your spine, but you knew you had to get this over with.
you mapped out your way in, it didn't take a genius to figure this all out. once you were inside the facility, it took you a second to figure out what to do; how to go about this. this was the hard part, you knew the basics of how these things work, but you against thirteen powerful men? this wasn't going to be a walk in the park.
your hand stayed on your gun, ready to pull it out at any sign of attack. you studied this place as best to your abilities, and thankfully due to got7's frequent visits here, they had generously mapped out a few hiding spots and short cuts. definitely will be used in the future.
being alone seemed much easier when you thought it, but now that you were living it— it wasn't easy, to say the least.
a noise alone had you reaching for your gun and hiding in the little corners.
you decided to get over yourself, whatever you were here to do, wouldn't get done on its own. you wandered the bright halls of seventeen's base, for such a disgusting team of misfits, their place was very nice. you walked through a few different rooms, keeping an eye out for anything that seemed out of place, or suspicious.
sure enough, you entered a room that was fairly far from the entrance you came in from, that was filled to the brim of cardboard boxes. on the side, it had the label and an outline of whatever was in the boxes.
they looked intimidating, and that was just looking at the photo. you continued to study the boxes carefully, snapping a few pictures for future purposes.
you turned to leave, you collected a solid piece of evidence and you needed to get out of there without being caught. you made it halfway through the base, retracing your steps from earlier.
"what do you think you're doing here?" you heard from behind you. you squeezed you eyes shut, and picked up your pace, nearly running from whoever was behind you.
you were so close to the door, you reached out for the door knob, and...
blackness.
