"Guys stop it's not that serious" I blocked the front door

"That nigga raped you Harlow" My dad yelled

"All those nights you spent crying because of him and now we have the chance to get back at him and you don't want to?" Lazarus tried going around me

"I know that and we're going to handle it the legal way" I placed my hands on my dad's shoulder pushing him out the mud room

"So what you want to do then" Blake sighed following behind me

"I already spoke to my lawyer and I'm not asking for him to pay child support but I do want him to be punished even if it's years later" I explained to them as they now all stood around crowding the door

"Alright well you still can do that, AFTER I beat his ass" Blake shrugged trying to push pass me

"That's what I'm saying dawg" Monica  tied her hair up then cracking her knuckles

"Everybody calm down" Harley spoke loudly

"We'll handle this the right way and if that doesn't work we can result to violence but until then we let them do their job" Harley spoke once everyone was quit

"Come on nah ma, I'm the goody two shoes and even I wanna whoop his ass" Marley rolled her eyes sighing

"And you'll get your chance AFTER the court deals with him" Melvin stepped in helping his wife

"Fine, when's the stupid court date" Lazarus dropped his steel baseball bat

"In 7 days, their going to arrest him the night before that's why I don't want you guys to spook him and have him running or leave the state" Harlow explained

"So your lawyer said you're good with the rape charges right?" Lazarus questioned

"Yea, especially with Caleb, and we're working on getting Jessie down here, there going to contact her tomorrow and see if she'll agree to a plea for a shorter sentence on her behalf since she was an accessory" Melvin answered him

"So when do we do the DNA test?" Harley questioned

"The night they pick him up a doctor will come in and collect a sample of his DNA"

"Which means it'll take a few days then their will be another court date which is where they decide his sentence or punishment, if she is his he'll most likely get more time" Harley explained to them

"Well all we can do is hope for the best" Blaze pulled Harlow onto the couch next to her

"You're right" Marley agreed with Blake

"I guess" Monica sighed

"Hopefully he's cooperative, even though he did hurt me I want to give him a chance with his child" Harlow spoke as he head rested on the back of the couch

"People do change, and he was young, if anything the grown ass men that was in the room should get a harder sentence for letting him do it, he knew it was wrong but their the adults" Mama Harley agreed

"Sooo what's the plan for today, everyone took off to beat his ass and I see that's not happening" Monica asked taking of her timbs

"Umm breakfast on me" Blake shrugged seeing it was only 8:54

"You sure?" Harley asked looking around

There was a total of 7 people not including the kids.

"Yea it's fine, I just got paid and I have plenty left over" Blake shrugged
