Same day.
Pulling up to my condo building I parked my car next to my gun metallic Nissan Altima.
I do plan on having my own family one day so when I bought both cars I was thinking far into my future making sure I'd have the space for kids.
Turning the car off I place the sun cover in my front windshield before climbing out to grab my bags.
Double hitting the locks I headed to the elevator using my resident ID to open it up.
Clicking the 4 floor I waited as it took me up
The building truly had 8 floors but because the condos have two floors the elevator button stops you on every other floor but they still have it numbered 1 through 4.
Waiting for the elevator to reach my floor I pulled out my phone sending my dad a text.
Once the elevator reached my floor I quickly stepped off and headed to my door.
Each floor had 2 condos so there was only a handful of us living here and that's perfectly fine with me.
Unlocking my door I quickly stepped inside closing it behind me.
"Hey pretty girl" I bent down picking up my Persian cat Bella
"You're due for a trim" I laughed seeing all her fur flying off
Sitting her back on the couch I went to check her food machine to see if she'd been eating and sure enough it was half empty.
"How about a snack" I looked down at Bella who was now by my feet
Going to the freezer I grabbed the kitty ice cream I'd bought from the pet store.
Placing two scoops on the plate I sat it down in the living room.
Grabbing my bag full of clothes I carried it to my bed room upstairs dumping it all in my laundry basket.
Tossing the suitcase in the closet I grabbed a fresh set of underwear heading to the shower.
After my twenty minute shower I made my way back down to check on Bella.
Grabbing the empty plate off the floor I placed it in the dishwasher before looking for something to eat for myself.
Deciding on my mini box pizza I placed it in a pan before sticking it in the oven to bake.
"Who's That Bella?" I asked racing her over to my phone
"Ugh" I rolled my eyes in disgust
"What" I answered
"I see you home" Derrick spoke in that deep sexy voice he knew I loved
"Oh you're keeping tabs on me now" I frowned turning on the tv and pulling Bella in my lap
"You know it notifies me when your key card is used" he spoke in a duh tone
"That don't mean call my damn phone" I shook my head
"What you doing?" He asked ignoring my previous statement
"Fixing dinner" I glanced over at the oven
"Fix me a plate" he demanded
"That's not how you ask" I rolled my eyes at this grown mans ignorance
"Cuz I wasn't asking" he laughed
"You're so rude" I shook my head
"I get it from you, anyways my should be back in a few so ima head up there when he come" he sighed into the phone
