"Lenzi Washington!" Harlow yelled from the bottom of the stairs
The two had been going back and forth since she dropped the kids off at school.
Harlow had already gotten dressed and made an appointment with and OB but Lenzi refused to go.
"You're not getting a shot your getting the pill, if you weren't being grown you wouldn't have to get neither" Harlow yelled back up the stairs
"If I have to come up there and get you that's another ass whooping" Harlow continued
Sighing Lenzi grabbed her sweater before slowly making her way down the stairs.
"Let's go" Harlow led the way to the door
Once they were in the car no one spoke until they arrived to the doctor.
"Answer all the questions honestly, I won't hold them against you so be honest" Harlow told Lenzi as they walked in the door
Signing Lenzi in they both returned to the waiting room until she was called.
"Lenzi Washington" a nurse stood at the door
"Go ahead" Harlow let Lenzi lead the way as she closed her laptop and grabbed her things
"Hello I'm doctor jazella I'm the gynecologist here at the center" she reached out shaking both Harlow and Lenzi hands
"Today I'm meeting with Lenzi Washington for a pelvic exam, plan B and pregnancy prevention methods" jeazella read off the list on her clipboard
"That's correct" Harlow nodded
"Alright we'll go ahead and get started then" she stood up from the chair grabbing a gown
"Change into this for me and I'll be back in 10 minutes" she sat the gown on the bed leaving.
"You want me to step out?" Harlow looked over at Lenzi
Shaking her head no Lenzi began to strip from her clothes to change
As promised the doctor returned 10 minutes later to began.
"Ok sweetie we're going to get started" she came in closing and locking the door
"For this procedure I'm going to take a look down there for nothing in particular just a general check to make sure it's functioning properly and there's no infection" she explained grabbing a pair of gloves
"Mom can leave or she can stay it's all up to you sweetie" jazelle tapped the bed for her to climb up
"She can stay" Lenzi stood from her chair going to the bed
"As I do this I'm going to ask a few questions, just to make sure that everything I'm seeing down here adds up to what you're saying" jazelle said gathering all her tools
