Sunday swung by quicker than expected and I was now sitting outside of Lazarus house at 8 in the morning waiting for the kids to come out.

"I bet their still sleep" Lenzi sighed unbuckling her seatbelt

"You're right" I unbuckled my own

"Let's go" I opened the door stepping out.

It'd been 12 minutes since I text him letting him know I was outside.

Lenzi had already knocked so I stood next to her and waited for an answer.

"Hell they doing, sleeping under the bed" I balled up my fist knocking harder

"You couldn't call?" Monica snatched the door open

"Talk to her like you got some sense" Lenzi pushes pass her stepping in

"What she said" I smirked following behind her.

"You ain't hear us knocking?" I stopped speaking to Lazarus who was on the back porch

"Thought it was Jehovah witness" he shrugged sitting his weights down

"Well can you go get them" I motioned for him to hurry up

Walking pass me he made his way down the hall leaving me and Lenzi where we were standing

"Ughhh, why you let him get you pregnant" she shook her head looking around the house

"Y'all can leave with the attitude, I ain't got no problem with y'all waiting on the porch" Monica stood in the doorway watching us

"And I ain't got no problem whooping yo a-" I quickly placed my hand over Lenzi's mouth shocked at what she was about to say

"Hey mommy" lyric came down the hall seconds later wearing her Moana night gown.

"Hey baby" I caught her as she jumped into my arms

"Go wash your face and brush your teeth" I sat her back on her feet noticing her dirty face

"Lyres in the bathroom" Lazarus came back into the living room

"Alright" I nodded taking a seat to rest my swollen feet

"I want them next weekend again" he stopped standing near the coffee table

"My parents are throwing a party so we were all going to be there" I frowned

"Alright I'll be there, and they can come back with me, I'm sure you want to spend your birthday with your friends" he shrugged as if it were simple

"Nope I'd rather be with my kids, you can have them though" I agreed avoiding an argument

"If you keep them during the weekend I want them Thursday and Friday, plus my weekend" he added in after a few seconds of silence

"Nope you can have them this weekend, I'm turning 28 ain't nothin special bout that" I shot his idea down

"Morning momma" lyres finally came from the bathroom hugging me

"Sup lenz" he pushed her over then taking the seat next to me

"We going somewhere?" He frowned looking at my clothes

"Church, Anna Mae invited us" I answered pushing her hair back from his face

"You didn't tell me that" Lenzi frowned

"Because you're you" I shrugged with a laugh

When lyric finally came back we grabbed their things before heading out
