Today was Thursday meaning lyres birthday would thankfully fall on a Saturday and unlike lyric he doesn't want to go all out so I'm thankful.

While lyres was in school today I was going to add a few more touches onto his surprise before the day comes.

The plan was to have a sort of a cook out with close friends and per his request girls vs boys challenge games.

In order to fulfill his wishes we'd be playing a series of boot camp type challenges which will be set up in my backyard. After that I bought him a Go-Kart and rented out 6 others so we'll go to the dirt trail then bring it back home to finish with a game of flag football once again girls against boys.

Before dropping him off to school we went out and had breakfast together and discussed anything extra he would like to add then I said my goodbyes and ditched him at the school.

Stepping into my sisters shop I greeted everyone before heading towards the back.

"Hey boo" I stepped into the office taking a seat

"Hey cutie" she came around hugging me

"How have you been?" She returned to her seat

"Good I haven't been able to speak to lyric in 3 days though" I held my head down

"Every time I call or stop by there is something that stands in a way and I don't know if it's intentional but it's starting to piss me off because Lazarus acts as if it doesn't matter" I explained ranting

"Have you asked Monica about it?" She too had her face twisted up not understanding

"She hasn't been answering my calls" I shook my head

"Come on we'll stop by while the kids are in school" she stood grabbing her things

Following behind I grabbed my bags closing and locking her office door behind me.

Pulling up to the one story cream colored house I took in a deep breath before stepping out the car.

Marley led the way practically banging on the door until I snatched her wrist back. 

"Oh hey Marley" Monica opened the door

"You see her" she rolled her eyes when she didn't address me

"Harlow" Monica rolled her eyes

"I have a couple of questions for you, is it okay if we take a seat" Marley walked pass Monica to the living room not waiting on an answer

"Who is she?" Marley pointed at me

"Marley why are you here" Monica scrunched her face up standing by the doorway

"WHO IS SHE?" her tone this time around was more stern

"Harlow" Monica shrugged

"And how are you associated with her?" Marley folded her legs sitting back

"She's the mother of my boyfriend's kids" Monica sighed rolling her eyes

"Oh so you do know" Marley tilted her head

"Know what?" Monica became annoyed moving closer

"Where you stand when it comes to their children. You don't get to make decisions Monica, you and Lazarus aren't married so you are absolutely nothing to them so there for you have no reason to deny her the right to see her child" Marley stood up stepping into Monica's face

"Lazarus was the one who told me not to let her see her so you need to be checkin the baby daddy" Monica folded her arms

"No I'm checking the right fuckin one because if I have to go to him I WILL be putting my hands on him" Marley got in Monica's face nudging her back
