Next Day

The next day at 6 am sharp Lazarus was waking lenzi up for school.

"Ion know how Harlow deal with you" Lazarus groaned with his head in his hands

"Harlow would compliment me on how good I look then remind me not to be out there acting grown" Lenzi smiled twirling in the mirror

"It looks nice but you go to a uniform school so that's a no. Go take it off Lenzi" Lazarus stood from the bed pushing her to the bathroom

"You're the worst wannabe daddy ever" Lenzi said before quickly retreating into the bathroom

"As long as you're in your uniform" Lazarus yelled back leaving the bedroom

Heading downstairs he decided to start on breakfast.

For Lenzi he made her waffles,eggs and sausages with a side of strawberries and milk.

The others would get something simple like oatmeal or grits since they also ate at school.

"I'm ready" Lenzi appeared in the doorway

"That's more like it" Lazarus gave her two thumbs up

"What'd you cook?" I asked stepping further into the kitchen

"Sausage, waffles and eggs" he turned handing me a plate

"Thanks big guy. I thought I'd starve since wifey don't cook" I grabbed a plate taking a seat at the island

"She does cook she just has an attitude" he turned to me sitting a glass of orange juice next to my plate

"I'm allergic to oranges" I pushed the glass away stuffing a piece of waffles in my mouth

"Damn" he mumbled quickly grabbing the glass

"Umm we have apple juice and milk" he held the refrigerator door open looking back at me

"I'll just take a water" I shrugged not wanting what he'd offered

"Here. I'm going to go get the girls clothes out. You have 20 minutes" he sat the bottled water next to my plate before turning and leaving

Waiting until I heard his big feet stomp of the stairs I grabbed my bottle of water slipping off the stool.

Tip toeing up the stairs I made a left into faiths room.

This lil ass girl had two phones an iPhone 8 and a 6.

She didn't need both so I decide to make the 6 mine.

After a little digging I found the phone in a box in the back of the closet.

I quickly slipped it into my pocket before leaving her room and going to grab my things.

"You got everything you need as far as school?" Lazarus stopped me as I was making my way out Lyres room with my bag

"Harlow usually gives me money to take to school or she fix me a lunch to take" I shrugged truthfully

"Aww shit" he frowned then began patting the pockets of his gym shorts

"I'll give you $5 before I drop you off" he assured me not finding his wallet

"Alright I'm going to finish my breakfast" I quickly turned heading back to the kitchen

"Eww, I thought you were gone" I frowned seeing Monica sitting at the island with a plate

"Stay in a child's place" she rolled her eyes keeping them on her phone

"Yo man bed?" I smirked
