The next morning Harlow and Blake was up bright in early at 7 am to get the kids off the school by 8:30.
Harlow prepared for a day of work pulling on her black pencil skirt and her red sheer blouse finished with her MK flats.
Down the hall Blake was untwisting lyrics newly washed hair leaving it with shiny nice curls
"You're gonna feed us before you send us off to school right?" Lyres asked Blake as she greased and combed his hair.
"Duh smart ass" she hit him with the comb before allowing him to go free
"I want waffles and strawberries" lyres requested sitting on his bed to put his shoes on
"And I want a million dollars, make sure you wash the grease off your forehead" Blake told him before leaving to check on lyric
"Why aren't you dressed" Blake sighed stepping into lyrics room
"Those shoes you gave me didn't match my uniform" lyric shook her head digging through her uniform drawer
"Yes they did lyric, you just wanna wear those forces" Blake shook her head lifting lyric and placing her on the bed
"Here" She handed her the uniform she'd ditched on the floor
"I don't wanna wear flats Blake" lyric shook her head
"You're not wearing those forces lyric" Blake told her ignoring her small attitude
"But mommy said I can" lyric slapped her leg
"Lord why did I agree to this" Blake turned placing a hand on her forehead
"Lyric your wearing a whole dress and black forces, that doesn't match" Blake tried helping her understand
"Your hair doesn't match your personality" lyric shrugged
"Really lyric" Blake laughed
"Put the uniform back on with ya lil shoes and go see if your mom approves" Blake gave in
"Yay" lyric jumped off the bed grabbing socks to go with the shoes
Once she had her sneakers on with her dress she ran down to the kitchen where Harlow was cooking.
"Mommy" lyric called grabbing Harlow and lyres attention
"Eww go take them shoes off" lyres frowned
"Baby where are your sandals" Harlow turned looking down at her daughter
"I like this better" lyric jumped smiling
"But they don't go together baby" Harlow sighed
"Yes they do, I have black in my dress" lyric said referring to the little black bow on the waist of her dress
" I guess, Ian the one who gotta drop you off so go ahead" Harlow fanned her off as Blake's mouth dropped open
"I'm not walking with her" lyres gave his sister's outfit a disgusted look
"Go ahead and eat lyric" Blake waved her over to the island where her waffles and fruit sat
Once everyone finished breakfast Harlow kissed her kids before sending them off and heading to work
"Alright here" Blake handed them five dollars each
"Have a good day at school" she hugged them both waiting for them to walk in before she turned back to the car
