I stayed in the room for a good two hours before I went downstairs, mostly just the vampires were awake besides Lukas and Clyde were still up playing games. I look at everyone position as it went Avery right next to Lukas but not to close, next was Esme and Carlisle laying together on the couch behind her on the right corner arm rest as they are watching the movie playing on the other screen, next was Emmett who was sitting a little behind Clyde watching them play, Edward and Bella are on the floor leaning against the couch watching the movie, behind them was Alice laying across jasper as he had his arms wrapped around her stomach making Akela growls and this causes me and Samuel to roll our eyes as we look to Rose reading her magazine, she was in the love sack but her one leg was on the corner of the couch and you can see Alice's hand was resting her hand resting on Rose's calve, looking back to the magazine but the moment our eyes landed on it she was looking past the page locking eyes with us as she smirks. I roll my eyes as we break the contact and I look to the last person up who was Natalie and she is kind of by herself at the kitchen table. I slowly walk up to her as I sit across from her and the moment I sit she sits straight up. See me and her never talked ever and anytime she tried I was busy and brushed her off.

"Hello alpha of the house." She says quietly as she looks at the table as she speaks making me frown.

"Hello Natalie." I say and she looks to me but the moment our eyes met she looks back down.

"Sorry." She mumbles and this really makes me frown.

"Natalie you can look at me, I also wanna say sorry for brushing you off when you tried to talk to me. And you don't have to call me alpha of the house we are family please call me Alex or anything else that you like." I spoke and she slowly looks to me as she softly smile.

"Its okay Alex, I guess I did try to talk to you at bad times." She says and lightly laughs making me smile.

"That may have been true but I was still a dick." I say and she smiles.

"I was warned that you are one often if you don't have sex." She says and I roll my eyes.

"Let me guess Evelyn?" I say and she smiles.

"And your mate." She says and I raise an eyebrow as I look to rose and she is laughing.

"Guys its almost time to start getting ready." Carlisle says as he gets up to get ready for work. With that most of us get up to get ready for the day. After an hour and a half we all were ready and lukas and Arlo were saying bye to their mates as the rest of us pack in the cars to get all of us to school. First stop for two cars was the elementary then we headed to our school were the rest of the family was waiting with of course people looking at them and talking.

- did you hear they adopted 2 more. A guy says.

- Are they going to come to this school? A female asks.

-no one is sure its just been the rumors around town, I heard my father say they had a couple freaks. Like a couple of the females have a dicks. A female says and you can hear the disgust in her voice.

I instantly stop listening as we park i kiss rose before I get out and smack Lauren making her look to me as i grab Evelyn and Rishima as i drag them away towards the woods with Lauren right beside me. "Alex?" Rish says and I don't say anything as I let go letting of them as they follow as I walk further into the woods.

"Alex stop, whats up?" Evelyn says when she knows we are out of hearing range, taking a deep breath as i turn towards them.

"First Sage and Niles birthday is soon and I need your guys help to set up for their party, since we are combining birthday parties I need you guys help to distract the kids." I say and Lauren is first to speak.
