LEAVING SOON
(AYMALINE AVIANNA'S POV)
Naging maayos ang mga nag-daang araw. And tomorrow is the big day.
"Are you excited?!" Tanong ni Yena and I nodded with a small smile plastered on my face.
"Bakit mukhang hindi?" Tanong nito and I heaved a sigh before sitting down.
"Ewan. I can't be happy at all for unknown reason" she sat beside me and put her arms on my shoulders.
"Share it with me maybe somewhat I can help" she suggested.
"Negative thoughts are eating me" I started and she let me lean my head towards her.
"Ano-ano naman yun? Don't let that thoughts enter you. Think postive dapat!" Cheer niya at napangiti naman ako kahit papaano.
"Hindi ko alam kung saan ako kukuha ng positive thoughts" I cover my face and control my tears.
"Don't cry ano ka ba?" Pag-aaalo niya sa akin and hugged me.
"Share those negative thoughts with me" she said trying to cheer me up.
'No relationship can beat a friendship and family'
"I am afraid na hindi dumating si Bastien sa kasal namin. Tapos iba doon tungkol pa din sa kasal ewan ko na" I heaved a sigh and she pats my back.
"Cheer up girl ano ka ba? napaka-nega mo" anito at pilit na ngiti naman ang isinukli ko.
Napatingin ako sa phone ko when it suddenly rang. Nagulat pa ako sa pangalang lumabas sa screen ng phone ko.
"Gosh why is she calling you? Wag mo sagutin" pigil sa akin ni Yena but I insist and answer the call.
"Hello?" Pilit kong pinagmukhang normal ang boses ko pero my voice became a whisper.
(Meet me to the place kung saan tayo natambay dati) and she ended the call.
I heaved a sigh and look at Yena. Her eyes grew big when I told her what is the call about.
"So Camari want to meet you? Aymaline wag tanga at bobo wag pumunta baka patibong yun" babala niya pero ewan ko ba at gusto kong pumunta.
"Baka gusto niyang makipagkaibigan ulit sa akin" dahilan ko but deep inside I know there is another reason.
'I am curious of what she will tell'
Alam kong malabo pa sa no visibility na daan ang pagbalik ng pagkakaibigan ulit namin.
"Stop being the oh-so-good girl Aymaline. Hindi ka dapat ganyan" ani Yena at namaywang sa harapan ko.
"But I need to still meet her. Hayaan mo babalik ako ng buo at walang galos" sumimangot siya and pouted her lips before clinging on me.
"Basta ha talagang kahit buntis ako makikipag-away ako sakanya. Akala niya" umakto pang sumusuntok sa hangin si Yena.
