----Shinhye's POV----
"You really like putting up a strong front, huh?" She was wearing a big red hat and sunglasses.
"No, I'm not." I lied, of course I can't show her my weak side.
"I suppose it'll be your last date by the time Yonghwa-oppa comes back."
I looked around to see if my family or anyone who knows me is around, turns out, they're still inside the hall. Oh darn.
"Oh, you mean your selfish deal?"
"If you don't agree to my condition, then I have no choice but to call CNBLUE's manager, and Yonghwa'll be scolded 'til the end of the century. And then I'm gonna contact magazine reporters."
She pulled out her phone from her bag. And then she showed me her contact numbers. She's an idol, what can I expect, those numbers are definitely legit.
I avoided her gaze. "I..."
"Fine then." I had no choice. I don't want to be a hindrance to Yonghwa's dream.
She smirked, "Thought you were gonna say that, unless you're a selfish girl."
"I'm not as selfish as you." I looked at her with all my rage.
"Shinhye-ya!" I turned around as my mom called me.
"Don't you dare break our deal, Park Shinhye." She said then she immediately walked away.
"Shinhye-ya, why do you look so down?" my dad asked me.
I gave a light smile, "I'm fine, dad. It's just the heat. I wanna change my dress now."
Afterwards, we ate at a restaurant to celebrate.
When we got home, I texted Yonghwa.
To: Yonghwa
Work hard, but not too hard! Fighting! Can't wait 'til you come back ^_^
I tried to turn my message into a cheerful one. I don't want Yonghwa to think of anything right now. I want him to smile while performing. Before I leave him.
One week later... I heard of CNBLUE's return. I was staring at my ceiling, not knowing what to do.
I talked to Yoonhye about this, I perfectly remember what she said.
"If you love him enough, then let him go. If that's what you want then there's nothing he can do about it."
That afternoon, I saw Lee Minho's name calling my phone.
"Hello?"
["I finally got some free time. I remembered that you had something to talk about?"]
"Ah... that. It's about Yonghwa. Do... you think I should let him go?" I'm starting to accept that this is where our relationship ends. But it's still hard for me to open this up to others.
["Huh? Why? Did he do something wrong?"]
"No... No... I just... Can't date... An idol." I felt my tears flow down.
["You're lying. You're crying. What really happened?"]
I tried to smile, "There's an antagonist in our little story. Remember Seohyun?"
["What about her?"]
"She wants me to go away. She's a witch. She blackmailed me."
["That's selfish!"] I heard him shout at the other line.
"I know... But there's nothing I can do. She's an idol, she has all sorts of connections that I don't have."
["What are you planning to do?"]
"I dunno. I wanted to ask you, if... you can tell me what to do? You're a good friend."
["What?"]
"I want to go far away from Yonghwa."
He was silent for a few minutes.
"Minho-ssi?"
["Then live here in Japan."]
