----Yonghwa's POV----

I was very shocked.

Actually, I am still very shocked.

Why would Shinhye like me?

Ah no, I meant, SHINHYE LIKES ME?!

This is absurd.

I'm not dreaming right?

Ahhhh I can't stop smiling, good thing I'm wearing a scarf so no one would notice.

I wasn't able to focus on the performances because my mind was full of 'Shinhye' in it.

I was dying to ask her immediately but unfortunately you can't leave until all the performances are done.

"Thank you for giving us your time! Have a good day ahead!" the professor announced in front.

I immediately stood up, ran outside and grabbed my phone from my pocket.

*ring ring*

*toot*

"Shinhye-ya? I---" before I could even continue, she suddenly spoke from the other line.

["Can we not talk about this on the phone... Uhmm.... Let's just see each other at the park, I have some things to settle here so you should go ahead."]

"Uhm.... sure thing. I'll wait for you."

["O-okay then... I'm hanging up."]

Then she hung up right away without even hearing me say anything. That girl, really...

Oh well, I have to head to the park and wait for her.

Waiting is no big deal. Afterall, that girl is worth waiting for.

----Shinhye's POV----

After I settled the things here at school, I slowly walked on my way to the park.

Ohmygod I feel so nervous.

*dug dug dug dug*

I'm hearing my heart beat, uhhh why is it so loud?

I don't know how to face Yonghwa after indirectly confessing like that to him.

Yes, I made that song for him. Makes sense right? I really did fall in love with my friend.

I don't know why I liked him--- scratch that, I love him.

He's childish.

He's crazy.

But he's nice, cool, and passionate about everything.

Maybe I love him because.... He's Jung Yonghwa.

Arghh I'm being cheesy.

After a few minutes, at a far point of view, I already saw his figure, sitting in a bench.

In every step I made, my heart beat got louder and faster.

But as I made every step, my feelings for him became clearer and clearer.

I was only a few steps from him so he noticed me and stood up with a bright smile.

Our eyes met, "Shinhye-ya." he said.

"Y-yonghwa-ya....uh.." I smiled back. But I felt awkward.

"The song earlier, what did it mean?" he asked, I sincerely smiled at his question.

"It represents a girl who had fallen in love with her friend who was always there for her."

He walked a few steps closer to me and he had a mischievous smile on his face, "A girl? Who's the girl?"

"Nobody." then I chuckled and so did he.

"Ya, stop lying~"

"There's this girl named... Park Shinhye?" I stated.

He smiled, "Then who's this 'friend'?"

"Hmmm....." I shyly pointed my index finger at him and I heard him chuckle but after a few seconds, he suddenly became serious.

"Shinhye-ya, I think that... I don't like you anymore." then he looked up at the sky.

"What?" I was speechless, I don't understand what he's trying to say.

"I think I...." he turned back his gaze to my eyes. "I love you Shinhye."

I think my heart stopped at the moment he told me those words.

"Tsk, stupid. Hahahaha I.... love you too!" I said while hitting him on his arm.

"Then.... instead of being my best friend, will you be my girlfriend?" I felt his sincerity while asking me.

"Sure, why not?" I replied with no hesitation.

But suddenly, it rained.

"Yonghwa-ya! Let's go somewhere to take shelter!" I shouted.

I was about to turn around but Yonghwa suddenly pulled me and. ..

He kissed me under the rain.

I was surprised at first. I thought my heart was going to explode. But maybe because I love him, that I closed my eyes and we just kissed there, under the rain without caring that someone would see us.

We love each other, that's what it is.

I really hope that only happy things will come after this...
