Chapter 11 - And We Meet Again...

Chapter 11

----Shinhye's POV----

I had nothing to do today so I decided to stroll in the park~

I like doing this, walking in the park despite of the cold weather. But I can almost feel spring coming in. It's already February~

Then my phone suddenly rang.

Incoming call: Yonghwa

Hm? Why is he calling?

And of course I answered the call.immediately.

"Oh Yonghwa-ya... Why?"

["It's my rest day today? Wanna go out for a while and eat spicy rice cakes?"]

"Ya! Shouldn't you just be at home and write songs? It's your rest day right? So you should be resting!"

["Just today please Shinhye-ya? Let's just eat for a while.. Isn't eating considered as rest?"]

He sounded like a kid on the phone and so I sighed in defeat.

"Fine. Aishhh childish Yonghwa!"

["Assa!! Where are you now? I'll pick you up!"]

"I'm at the park near my house."

["Okay, wait for me there. I'm hanging up 'kay?"]

"Ok~~"

And then he hung up.

Then I smiled by myself while plugging the earphones in my ears and started listening to CNBLUE songs.

Aigoooo Yonghwa is very childish!

"Hey."

I unplugged my earphones when I heard someone. And so I turned to see who it was.

But.. I can't distinguish who it was..? He was rather weirdly dressed.

Hmm... But I'm sure he called me, 'cause he's now looking at me.

"Uhh.. Who are you..?"

He just laughed at my question..

"Uhmm... Is there something funny?"

"Nothing.. Good thing you're not crying now. The first time I saw you here, you were crying right?"

Then a sudden thought came into my mind. I now know who he is!

I approached him so that no one can hear me.

"Lee Minho-ssi?"

He smiled at what I said.

"Long time no see~"

I was delighted to see him

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"First, let's sit there." he said while pointing out to an empty bench.

When we sat down he started to talk

"Hmm... it's stressful again."

"What is?"

"Work. Basically, this place is like an escape for me..."

"Your life sure is hard... but don't give up." I said while smiling

"I know.."

"You have many supporters out there so just think of them and don't give up!"

He smiled at what I said.

"Thanks for making me feel better."

He sighed before talking again.

"By the way, is your problem already solved?"

"What problem?"

"The reason you cried the first time we met."

"Ahhh... oh that.. yeah.. everything's alright now! My hard work paid off. Everything turned upside-down."

"Good to hear." he said then he messed up my hair while smiling

*dugeun dugeun*

Huh? What was that?

I look at the ever bright smiling Lee Minho... Ohmygod my heart is racing... I must really somehow have a crush on this guy.

Then I went back to my senses and fixed my messed up hair.

"Aigoo why did you mess up my hair? I'm going to meet someone right now!" I complained

"Who? Boyfriend?"

"Nah. Friend."

"Guy or girl?"

"Guy."

"Not your boyfriend?"

"No. Just a childhood friend."

"Ahh... have you dated him?"

I laughed at what he said.

"That's impossible."

"Nothing's impossible."

"Can I hit you just once?"

Then we just stared at each other...

3, 2, 1....

"HAHAHAHA!!!" Then we suddenly burst into laughter

We really look silly right now^^ Laughing out loud~

----Yonghwa's POV----

"Saranghanikka~ neoman anikka~~ dasi hanbeonman love forever~ durudurudurudu~ blah blah~ durudurudurudu~ no no~"

ㅋㅋㅋ

I'm in a good mood right now. And I suddenly started singing while driving. It's because I'm now going to meet Shinhye and eat our favorite spicy rice cakes.

I know it sounds gay but I'm really happy~

Oh, the park is now visible in my sight.

Then I slowly drove around the park to find Shinhye and as I turned my head at some point.

I caught a glimpse of someone...

A familiar figure...

No no no. It couldn't be..right?

I stopped driving and reversed my car to confirm at what I saw...

And it's like my heart suddenly fell at what my eyes saw.

It was Shinhye... laughing with another man...

I know I don't have the right to feel jealous or anything...

But what can I do... I just like her too much.
