When we made it to the coffee shop Ryuzaki sat down in a booth and before I could sit down Light grabbed my arm and pulled me to the side. I looked at his eyes and it showed anger.

   " Y/n why didn't you tell me you were working on the Kira case!? "

   " Light I couldn't. the information was confidential. I couldn't tell you anything because I would be betraying the task force and Ryuzaki. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you. I felt bad about lying to you I really did, but I had sworn to not tell anyone anything unless absolutely necessary. "

   " I quit when I started working on the case. "

Light set the pictures down and started moving them.

I sat the photos down and arranged them in the same way Light had them.
