"Hoy! Bakit ikaw? Ha? Ha?! Bakit ikaw? Bakit hindi ako?!" Tiningnan ko lang si Wilder na kinukwelyuhan si Lucas at niyuyogyog pa ito. Kuya Ash had to pull him away from Lucas habang walang emosyon namang nakatingin si Lucas sa kanya.

"He arrived an hour ago." Mahinang sabi ni Blu sa gilid ko. "Bakit? Tinatanong ka ba?" Sumbat ni Wilder kaya tuluyan nang sinalpakan ni Kuya Ash ng panyo 'yung bibig ni Wilder para tumahimik na muna siya. Napabuga nalang ako ng hangin at tsaka tumingin kina Kuya Xy.

"You can go. I'll be fine." Mahinahon kong sabi at kumunot naman kaagad ang noo niya.

"What? You think I'd leave you in this dorm with these two?" Tanong niya at tinuro pa 'yung dalawa. Napaturo naman si Blu sa sarili niya at tumaas lang ang kilay ni Lucas habang nakahalukipkip siya dun sa sofa. "Oo nga!" Sambit pa ni Wilder na kakatanggal lang ng panyo sa bibig niya kaya binalik agad ito ni Kuya Ash at tuluyan nang tinalian ang bibig niya.

Poor Wilder.

"Why? They're my teammates now." Kalmado kong sabi at tsaka tiningnan si Kuya Xy.

"He's too nice and he's too rude." He said, referring to Blu and Lucas. Sinapo ko nalang ang noo ko.

"At isa pa, Tito Seth won't like to hear it if I just left you with these two." Sabi pa ni Kuya Xy kaya tiningnan ko nalang siya. "Zeus said that this replacement team needs to work only as a team. No outside interference." Pagpapaalala ko sa kanya. Zeus clearly stated that in order for us to have the same stand as Team Alpha, we should only accept help from team members, not from other creatures.

So, if we have a mission, only those who are part of the team should be involved. Napabuga nalang ng hangin si Kuya Xy.

"Fine. Get some sleep. See you for breakfast." Aniya at pinitik na ang noo ko. I just scrunched my nose. Lumapit naman si Celise sa akin at niyakap muna ako bago siya sumunod kay Kuya Xy at ginulo naman ni Kuya Ash ang buhok ko bago niya inakbayan si Wilder at umalis na sila. Pagsara ng pinto ay dun ko na naramdaman ang lamig ng paligid.

Not that it was actually cold. It's just that Lucas was looking at me directly without saying a word.

I just sat on the couch across him and looked at him too. We looked at each other in the eye, not saying a word until Lucas finally decided to break the silence. "I did all the experiments for the project while you're gone." He said, clearly not happy about it.

Right. We had a project and I left all of a sudden.

"I sincerely apologize. I was in isolation." Agad ko ring sabi sa kanya, using the same tone that he used on me. He just raised an eyebrow at me and then tilted his head to the side. "I also apologize for not remembering you. Uncle Matthew removed parts of my memorie—"

"I didn't ask and I don't give a damn." Agad niyang sabi. See? It's still hard to talk to him even now.

"Hey, that's no way to talk to a lady." Blu butted in at tsaka inis na tiningnan si Lucas. Lucas just shrugged his shoulders kaya tumingin lang ako sa dalawa na nakatayo sa harap ko. "Sa tingin mo may pakialam ako? If Chloe didn't convince me, I wouldn't be here!" Agad na sabi ni Lucas. Blu just huffed.

"No one is forcing you to be here. If you don't want to be a part of this team, then leave." Blu retorted.

"Who the hell are you to try and kick me out?!" Galit na tanong ni Lucas. The two of them started bickering at each other kaya napabuga nalang ako ng hangin pero naalala ko naman kaagad ang kinuwento sa akin ni Celise.
