Chapter 32: Another Attack

Lunch continued on, in the end, you ended up separating with Kirishima who had friends he promised to eat with and Bakugo who suddenly just bailed all of a sudden this obviously made you pretty grumpy cause you hoped to eat with either of them.

You lost your friends in the crowd of students and you felt too shy to approach Shoji who had sat with his classmates.

'I really am out of place everywhere...' You pout deciding to venture out and check the stalls and vendors at the entranceway. It wasn't that bad you, you noticed that some students also went out there and it was not just for the visitors but maybe perhaps your first-year batchmates didn't know of this since you only see some of the seniors.

'I wonder if Shōtō would like to eat with me! It's been so long I wonder why we even stopped eating with each other.' You giggle at your thought and skipped on to look for him.

All Might was beyond shock from what he had heard. Endeavor didn't seem like one to bluff, that the man can remember of him, but he didn't think that something like was a possibility given... you.

"Then..." He spoke hoping to catch the adult redhead before he rounded the corner to be gone for another long period of time.

After hearing such an answer from him, All Might's mind quickly switched to the other child who holds the last name of the hero before him. "What about young-miss Todoroki? Is her birth just for the same as the young boy?"

Endeavor's eyes widen a milliliter at the mention of his daughter before he looked away. "(Y/N)..." He paused.

What did he make of his daughter? When he first got her she was just extra package that came along with Shōtō. But after...

"Father... C-Can I get a upsie?"

"I have a nightmare can I sleep with you..?"

"I don't know who else to go to, the first person I thought of was you..."

"I... l-lov yu! ...See? I can read!"

Enji felt his lips twitch a curve before he died it off his face. With a glare, he turned to All Might who was waiting in anxiety for his answers... as if... He, a stranger to you in his hero alias, cared for his daughter. He wouldn't have that, rather he felt annoyed that this air-headed idiot tried to pry into his life.

"Stay away from my daughter." He growled coldly before he walked away from the jaw dropped blonde.

Your eyes shimmered in pure delight as you spotted the familiar duo hair your brother rocked from day one. He was just leaving the gates and heading off to the canteen making run to catch up to him.

'Where has he been? He must have gone to get something if he came out this late!'

Your lips parted to call out his name in hopes to get his attention but just seconds before you did your mind was flooded with memories of a day that occurred before along with the cold gaze of the boy making you pause.

'Oh right... That's why I didn't search for him in the first place...' You bit your lip as heavy emotions weighed down on your chest.

'We should have made up by now... Why is it taking so long for us to speak to each other?' You fiddled with your hands, rubbing them just to ease your anxiety but it did not help as the feeling bubbling in your chest start to grow heavier and more irritating. So much that you are just pulling on your fingers harshly while your breathing took an even and stressed turn.
