Kili's POV
"Kili I see you are healed" Tauriel walks up next to me and my brother. I am walking on crutches well more like hobbling. I send Fili a look and he walks away. She is still as beautiful as ever. Her hair is a little missed and there's dirt on her face but nothing could cover up her beauty.
"Yes I am Adriana healed me. But I heard you came along" I reply.
"Yes and she said if I protected her Legolas she would watch over you for me" Tauriel explains.
"Oh well where is Legolas now?" I ask.
"He went to the dark fortress hopefully he will be back soon" Tauriel answers.
"Oh why did he go alone. Shouldn't you have gone with him?" I ask jealousy flaring.
"No he ordered me to go. Said it was something he had to do himself" Tauriel explains.
"Oh well I thought with you being together an all....." I trail off.
"Oh no no we aren't in a relationship! I'm his closest friend" Tauriel shakes her head rapidly denying it.
"Well it looked like you were sorry" I defend.
"It did we were that good!" Tauriel exclaims.
"Yes uh please explain I'm slightly confused here."
"Oh well Legolas doesn't like women that way. He swings the other direction. So I was acting like I was his lover. To hide it from his father. One day Legolas will be king and he needs to provide an heir" Tauriel explains.
"Oh wow" I gasp.
"That isn't a problem among dwarves is it!?" Tauriel snaps.
"No no I just wasn't expecting that. I'm sorry for the fellow" I admit.
"Oh I am too he deserves a happy life" Tauriel mumbles.
"Yeah I'm sure you guys will figure it out. I mean Adriana and you aren't people who would give up."
"Yes I suppose. Right now we have a war to worry about."

Adrianas POV
"Tauriel can you scout ahead to see if Thranduil is coming? He would have heard the dragons dying scream" I ask.
"Yes my lady" Tauriel nods and starts to run off.
"Don't call me that" I yell after her disappearing figure. "Yeah she probably didn't hear me."
"Adriana how are you" Kili asks from besides me. He is walking on crutches next to his brother.
"I'm fine just a little stressed. But who wouldn't be I have a full out war on my hands, my son is missing maybe dead, and my parents are locked up in a mountain!" I explode. "Oh gosh guys I'm sorry I'm just panicking a little" I admit.
"It's okay cuz have faith everything will turn out alright" Fili comforts and puts a hand on my shoulder.
"No Fili wars kill people no matter what" I whisper.
"Lady Adrianna Thranduil and his army will be here soon along with several healers for the injured" Tauriel runs up and reports.
"Oh thank Aule lord I am not cut out for ruling alone" I sigh in relief. Then I see them in the distance. So I get you and sprint to the leader.
"Adriana" Thranduil asks as I get close.
"Yes it is" I yell throwing myself into his arms. "I'm freaking our honey."
"Okay calm down Adriana" Thranduil says.
"I can't calm down Thrnaudil because we have a war on our hands. People die in wars! No matter what someone's gonna die! I can't handle this anymore" I admit and break down into tears.
