Chapter 8

*Dean's pov*

I had spent all week thinking about when I asked Adri to elope...I just couldn't do it...as much as I wanted to just marry her I wanted to see her in that dress, I wanted to see Jerry walk her down the aisle...I wanted her to have everything when I told her she had a look of relief on her face I knew she agreed because of me...since we decided not to elope we had began planning and decided in May we would get married...tonight was the Elimination Chamber ppv I could tell Adri was beyond nervous I could tell by how she paced the locker room with earphones in ignoring all 3 of us..I looked at Roman he was watching Adri as I was "I've never seen her like this before.."

Roman rubbed his chin "It's a big night for her..her first title shot..this storyline with her and Aj is going to be huge...and she's planning a wedding...she's just clearing her head."

I nodded "I just wish she'd talk to me."

He clapped his hand on my shoulder "She will...just needs a moment to herself...but I'll take a walk with Seth leave you two to talk."

I watched as he got up with Seth and walked out..I stood up and walked over pulling the ear buds out "You're gonna kick ass baby.."

Adri smiled softly "I know."

I brushed her hair out of her face "You're gonna win..tonight I get to go home with the Divas Champion."

She nodded "And if I don't?"

I smiled "I'll be going home with the hottest woman I've ever met."

Adri smiled "You sure know how to make a girl forget everything."

I nodded "My job is done."

She sighed softly letting her hands rest as the waist of my jeans "I gotta go.."

I pressed my lips lightly to hers "Kick ass baby."

Adri pressed her lips to mine again then walked out..

I shook my head slightly and went to watch the match with the guys...

*Adri's pov*

Aj was giving me a run for my money..I underestimated just how hard this was going to be...I was holding my ribs trying to regain myself a bit while Aj skipped around...I pulled myself up as I heard the Shield's music I had to smile when I saw them in the audience....when Aj came back around I hit her with a closeline then went on the attack...I got on the top rope as Aj got to her feet with her back to me at that moment I jumped driving her face first into the mat...I went for the cover...1...2...3....when the bell rang I sat back on my legs as Aj rolled out of the ring..

Lilian spoke "You're winner and the new WWE Divas Champion Adri Skye!"

I just stared at the belt in my hand as the red raised my arm..I turned seeing the guys come into the ring...I smiled "I did it."

Seth grabbed me in a hug spinning me around "Congrats Speed.."

Roman pulled me into a massive hug "Congratulations Champ"

I look at Dean who licked his lips "I won."

Dean stepped up and cupped my cheek...he leaned down pressing his lips to mine

I was shocked as were the rest of the WWE Universe this was our first kiss on national television everyone knew we were a couple outside of the ring inside we were partners and Dean just changed it all..I pulled back slightly "Dean."

He brushed his thumb across my lower lip "I love you darlin."

I smiled softly "I love you too."
