It was finally time to go to District 9. The nine members were each given white outfits.
They wore the outfits and soon, they were escorted to the back of a truck.
The truck started moving deep into the forest, away from the place they were staying for the past 2 days.
Jeongin was shaking. Beside him were Seungmin and Felix trying to calm him down. Muttering a small 'it's okay' and 'we're gonna be fine' when both mafias knew that they won't.
Hyunjin and Jisung were extremely silent that day. No one dared to speak because it was just hours before they would have to kill their friends.
"Jisung, are you okay?" Minho asked worried.
Jisung couldn't say anything. He just nodded, not daring to look at his friends who he loved.
Meanwhile, Chan tapped Hyunjin's shoulder trying to make the younger to look at him.
"Hey, you good bro?" Chan asked looking at Hyunjin who had his head low, looking at the ground.
"Yea-" Chan heard his voice cracked.
He knew something was wrong. He wanted to know the truth. He knew that there was something wrong with Hyunjin and Jisung. He also knew that it had something to do with the remaining members.
He was curious but he let it go. He didn't want to push the younger as he was already close to crying. Instead, he just threw his arm around the younger's shoulder.
When they arrived at District 9, they got off the truck.
They were told that each of them would have to start at different locations.
Hyunjin looked around and saw a tall tree in the middle of the forest. It was the tallest tree there.
They were given 5 minutes to say goodbye though they didn't know why they had to, they would surely meet again when the game starts.
Hyunjin had planned something. He didn't know if it would work but he needed to try.
When he was hugging each one of the members, he told them one thing.
"Meet me at the tallest tree" was the only thing that he said.
The others except Jisung were confused but they didn't say anything.
"Okay everyone, 5 minutes has passed. I will tell you the rules now" The programmer said.
"We had installed a tracking device is inside your body somewhere, we will be able to track you wherever you go" Of course, Hyunjin and Jisung knew where the tracker was.
"The highlight of the game, you will have to kill the mafias before sunrise in order to win the game. The mafias will have to kill the others too if they want to win the game" As if on cue, the members were given weapons.
Just like Jisung and Hyunjin when they first heard about the rules, they froze when they heard the programmer. They didn't know that they needed to kill their friends. They didn't want that.
"What?" They said confused.
"Yes, you need to kill your friends"
They protested and tried to fight but the guards held them back.
"There's no turning back now, the game starts in 10 minutes. You will be escorted to your location now"
