I woke up to see Lana cooking something in the kitchen. I was so happy to be her friend again, especially since what I did to her was unforgivable. I knew I was gonna do everything in my power to make her trust me again. "What are you making?" I asked grabbing a seat at the island
"I'm making waffles with strawberries."
"My favorite!"
"I know, that's why I made it." She said setting the plate down in front of me.
"You're the best." I said taking a bite.
"I know." She said flashing me her pearly whites and grabbing a seat next to me.
"So how are you and Keaton?" Her face turned sad as I asked her the question.
"Uh, there is no Keaton and I. I mean I was gonna have to break up with him or see him secretly. But when I went to explain to him how life was going to change between us, I found him with another girl. He wanted things that I wasn't ready for."
"Oh, I didn't mean to bring anything bad back up."
"No, it's fine. But what about you?"
"I uh don't really do relationships anymore. I have this one girl. Leah, who I fuck around with once in a while but other than that, nothing."
"Oh, that's uh nice I guess." She said as a smile formed on her lips.
"How's your back feeling?"
"Better. It's already starting to turn into tan which is good."
"I remember when we were younger how I always used to out tan you."
"That's not fair you're naturally tan!"
"Jealous?"
"Very." I couldn't believe this. Me sitting here with Alana having breakfast. Us being friends again. I didn't want this moment to end, but unfortunately it did.
"Well, I better get going, I have a writing session with Ashton."
"Alright, I'll see you later?"
"Yeah, see you soon."

I went over to the rental house where Ashton, Luke, and Michael had been staying. I walked into the house and greeted the boys. "Sup."
"Hey, look who's here."
"Shut-up." I said grabbing a seat next to Luke.
"So how's it going?" Ashton asked.
"It's good. Last night I apologized for everything and her and I her friends again."
"That's awesome." Ashton said.
"Dude, do you realize how lucky you are?"
"Yeah I know, I'm lucky she forgave me."
"No you idiot, you're living with one of the prettiest girls I've ever seen." Michael confessed.
"Literally she's gorgeous." Ashton added.
"How mad would you be if one of us asked her out?" Luke asked.
"You can't ask her because everyone else in the world thinks she's already dating me."
"Wasn't she dating Keaton or something?" Michael asked.
"Yeah, but it just didn't work out."
"I don't know Calum, but if I was you I would be all over that, literally." Ashton added before Calum turned away. "Don't you think she's hot Cal?"
"No." I lied. To be honest ever since I saw Alana again I couldn't believe how pretty she was. I mean she used to be cute, but now she was beautiful. Of course I noticed it and wanted to make a move, I was a 19 year old boy with needs. I thought it was super hot when this morning she was making breakfast and her little short shorts showed the bottom of her but. I wanted to scoop her up and kiss every inch of her, but I knew that her and I just became friends and I couldn't risk ruining that especially since I wasn't sure if she felt the same way.
"If you don't make a move, some other boy will. And he'll make it work." Michael warned. I knew Alana was pretty, but I also knew she wouldn't secretly date someone without telling me.

I got home and walked into the bedroom to see Alana standing in front of the mirror trying on a dress. She looked unhappy and disappointed. "Hey." She said as a smile formed on her lips.
"Hi."
"How was writing?" She asked as I grabbed a seat on the bed. I couldn't stop staring at her in that black dress so I tried to focus on the conversation we were having.
"Uh, it was good. We kind of got side-tracked."
"Yeah?" She asked struggling to unzip the dress and trying to grab the zipper however she was making some funny facial expressions.
"Yeah."
"Hey Cal, can you help me get this off?"
"Yeah." My voice cracked. I coughed clearing my throat, "Yeah." I stood up and slowly unzipped her dress as she held the back and walked to the closet slipping off the dress. However, I don't think she noticed that I could see her getting undressed. I wanted to be a good boy and turn away but I just kept on staring at her black lace thong paired with her nude lace bra. As she slipped on a t-shirt and sweatpants I could feel my face and other things getting heated. I heard her voice in the background but was so concentrated on her body that I wasn't even listening to what she was saying.
"Hello, earth to Calum." She giggled.
I snapped myself out of it. "Sorry."
"You alright?" She asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. You uh, you look really great in that dress."
"Thanks, I don't know if I like it."
"I think you should keep it."
"Maybe." She joked.
"Well, I've gotta hop in the shower."
"Yeah, you smell." She joked and I laughed. I went into the shower. Standing in there I could hear her laugh and it made me smile. Maybe I was starting to develop feeling for Alana. I mean when we were younger I'll admit I had a little crush on her, but this time it felt like something more. I couldn't let her know that, despite that the boys were saying. I just re-kindled our friendship and I was centainly not gonna risk it on trying to make a move on her. No matter how hot she looked, and man did she look hot. The only thing that was saving me was the fact that to everyone else we were already dating.
