A poppy is a little red flower with a black centre that people in Canada, the U.K, and I think the U.S wear to remember and respect the fallen people from all the wars in the world, and the people who are still fighting. It's for anything you can think of to remember that made a good change in the world. It's called Remembrance Day, and it's on the 11 of November.
