{23} Swim

Here I am chilling at the mega pool with the boys and watching swimming races between Ayo and Bryan. Where are the girls? Oh they're wasting time wearing their swim wears. Other than Don who chose to wear a beige speedo (something about a sexy dance he wants to perform), and Ayo and I, the boys wore swim shorts. I wore a cerulean blue wet suit to match my eye Ayo's wetsuit was green with cerulean blue stripes at the sides (says it's the colour of my eyes and I had to pretend I wasn't creeped out by that). Jordan's shorts were amber and Bryan's was orange and black. Other boys either wore black or navy blue, monochrome zombies, and Scarlet wore grey boxers with red stripes on a red tank top...wait Scarlet ? So the girls are...woah!

The pool had stains of red from nosebleeds, there were catcalls and wolf whistles. Ayo only glanced once and went back to swimming (the hell?!). I had self-control and waved at my hot girlfriend. What the girls from the gang wore? Okay I'll tell ya.

Sheila wore a two piece baby blue bikini with a sea shell in the valley of her breasts, I had to fight, yes I fought, to remove the wolfy stares of the other guys from the other guys. My gal is hot, yeah I know. Sharon wore a brown bikini, oops, I meant hazel. The water around Jordan was seriously red with blood from his nose.

That guy should man up and tell her already! Everybody knows he likes her...but er, Sharon is a bit dense about that though. Phyllis wore a yellow and black bikini with a bee at the valley like Sheila's seashell while April wore a beige one piece. Lisa wore a hot pink two piece and was trying to flirt with Ayo who was just extra bored now that she was around.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ayo became a monk later in the future. I don't dig that guy at all. He's (self proclaimed) asexual but if he gets a girl, she must either be really hot or really cute.

Beside Lisa was another girl I've never seen before. Her short hair was braided Ghana style and her melanin skin was radiant like Nata's but she was taller.

"Who's the chic?" I heard Don ask. Oooh, somebody has a thing for brown skin girls eh?

"Oh this is Teni, my bestie. Teni, this is Don." Lisa introduced the both of them and before I could think of anything, they were swimming together and playing chicken fight with the other guys.

"Logan, let's play!" Shelia dragged me out of my imagination and jumped into the pool with me. We played with Teni and Don until Sharon asked Jordan to play. The silver, black, brown and white haired boy looked incredulously uncomfortable with Sharon sitting on his shoulders and was suffering from chronic crushterixia, a common disease whereby a person has a huge crush on another. I made that up.

Shelia suddenly screamed Jordan's name and the latter pushed Sharon off him and ran away to God knows where. Shelia started laughing uncontrollably, which got us all worried. Sharon, who was shocked at the guy's sudden actions, stood up wiping the water off her face and coughing and cursing at the same time. She then stormed off to find Jordan to give him a piece of her mind for throwing her into the pool like that.

"What happened?" Phyllis swam to us, puzzled at Shelia's insanity. I shrugged in denial and looked worriedly at Shelia. I never knew she had a laughing jack syndrome. I didn't make that up, laughing Jack is a mushroom that makes people laugh uncontrollably. "Shelia! What did you see?! Why are you laughing?!" Phyllis rattled my girlfriend, worry etching over her face.

"Jordan >laugh< had a >laugh< had a..." Crazy laughter follows. Phyllis and I shared a glance before we put two and two together and burst into laughter on our own.

"I didn't know crazy was contagious." I heard Bryan whisper not so silently to Don. "What did Jordan have anyway?" He asked the three of us while maintaining a very good distance from us, to avoid the laughing disease I guess. The three of us faced him and whispered at the same time. "Boner!"

"Well, shit."

I was getting excited, Sharon is sitting on me, how can I not be excited?! Shit, I'm going hard...

"JORDAN!" Shelia's loud scream gave me away, she noticed. Sharon mustn't or she would think I am a pervert. Shit no what should I do?! F. This shit, I'm getting outta here before she deems me a perv!

In my panic, I forgot that I should GENTLY drop Sharon.

'Real smooth Jordan, real smooth.'

I ran to the shower room to calm myself... Not in that way, get your mind out of the gutters! Then I went back. Man Sharon would be mad at me for dropping her into the water. On my way, I collided with Sharon and she fell right on top of me. Once again my testosterone decided to pull a prank on me.

F. My life.

Her heavenly faced morphed into one of confusion at first, then she went wide eyed with realization and she screamed in my ear. She thwacked me hard on the face before standing up and squashing me in the process.

"YOU SICK! SICK!! YOU'RE SICK..." She couldn't even form a correct sentence as she tried to run. Before she left, I held her hand to stop her from running away. I have to tell her now or she would avoid me forever!

"Sharon no! I would never think of you that way, I swear on my best friend's grave!"

"Phyllis is alive." She deadpanned and turned to leave. Why the hell did I have to mention a grave?! I would strangle myself later but I have to tell her now!

"Sharon, I like you. I really do. I liked y-you since freshman year but I was cowardly and I couldn't. I was scared of r-rejection and I..." I stammered. I think I am sweating, she's so hot and cool and God....that face.

"I thought you liked Phyllis, I didn't...all this while..." She paced around muttering some incoherent things and then she smiled and ran away. This girl would be the end of me. I walked into the pool whistling and I got smug smirks and eye winks from the gang. Oh boy, Shelia would not allow me to live this day down ever but it's worth it. Thanks to an embarrassing boner, I confessed to Sharon and I didn't get rejected.
