Chapter 126: Vegeta's Sacrifice

*In Narrator's Voice*
Previously on Dragon Ball Z! After Gohan sacrificed himself to save Piccolo, Krillin, and 13, his little brother, Goten, was out for revenge. He attacked the ferocious Majin Buu with everything he got but he proved to be too much for the young Saiyan and required the intervention of both Vegeta and Raditz to put an end to it. However, they both didn't fare well either as they found it to be rather difficult to keep Buu down. However, Vegeta has one last plan to take Buu down once and for all in today's tragic episode!

After the last attack, Vegeta and Raditz are left in poor condition. They won't be able to last another second longer with Buu. Meanwhile, both Goku and Gohan are down for the count. The future of the Earth and the universe is looking pretty grim. Meanwhile, Trunks flew all the way to check on his father only to see the mess that Buu left from his previous attack. Everyone catches up with Trunks and stop and observe from afar. Piccolo comments, "My Dende, not even the likes of Vegeta or Raditz were able to stand up to an attack like that. Our future is looking grim. Not only is Gohan and Supreme Kai dead, we also have no idea where Goku is. Now, we may have lost two valiant warriors." Trunks replies, "Hey, my dad's not going down that easily!" Ranch then thinks to herself, Please be alright, Papa, Mommy needs you. And please be alright, Mr. Vegeta, Trunks needs you. Meanwhile, Buu tells Vegeta and Raditz as he waves at them, "Buu don't want to play with you no more. You say bye-bye. Bye Bye. Bye Bye. Bye Bye. Bye Bye. Bye Bye. Bye Bye. Bye Bye!" Raditz shouts out, "Shut up, will ya! Vegeta, whatever plan you have in store, you may have to bring it out sooner or later." Buu then rips a piece of his body and stretches it out. Vegeta asks, "I'm sorry, am I supposed to be scared of that? What are you up to?" However, Buu ignores Vegeta and makes his way towards him as he skips and hums. Suddenly, he stops and fires a blast out of his mouth all of a sudden. Thankfully, both Saiyans avoid it but Buu keeps firing. This then catches the attention of the group who can see what Buu is up to. Ranch yells out, "Look! Papa and Vegeta are over there!" Trunks replies, "And they're still fighting Majin Buu! Yeah, show 'em who's boss!" Piccolo thinks to himself, Please, you two, you're not going to last another second there. You should have gotten out when Buu was firing that attack. Now, you might not get another chance to escape. Suddenly, 13 powers up and gets up and asks, "What's going on here?" Everyone asks in shock, "What? 13?" 13 replies, "Yeah, I got my systems up and running again. Anyway, what's going on?" Ranch replies, "Look for yourself."

Buu continues to fire his attacks at Vegeta and Raditz but they keep avoiding. Vegeta asks, "Is that the best you can do?" Raditz adds on, "Exactly, I could dodge those in my sleep!" Buu gets angry and then fires a larger mouth blast. This time, the Saiyans were unable to dodge in time and they both got hit and were sent flying off. Buu then fires pieces of his body at the Saiyans and they are now wrapped under Buu's skin. Buu then yells out, "Squeeze!" And just like how it sounds, the bind squeezes both Saiyans to the point of no escape. Buu then does a weird dance to celebrate. Buu then grabs both Saiyans and pounds them right into each other. Buu then throws Raditz to the side and slams Vegeta against the ground where he proceeds to jump on him. As he watches, 13 yells out, "They're in trouble, we need to help them!" However, Piccolo stops him and tells him, "I'm sorry, 13, but there's nothing we can do now. Not even your Super Android form is enough to stop him. Besides, Buu already claimed his first victim." 13 asks in shock, "Hold on, you don't mean-" Piccolo nods his head and this confirms what 13 was thinking. 13 pounds to the ground as he yells out, "Damn it! That poor boy! He risked his own life to save us and there's still nothing that I can do!" Ranch replies, "Don't blame yourself, Uncle 13, Majin Buu is way too powerful." Trunks replies, "Yeah, besides, who says that there isn't something that we can do. I'm going down there and saving our dads!" However, Piccolo stops him and tells him, "Trunks, don't do it! Your father is already having to worry about his own safety, he doesn't need another thing to worry about." However, Trunks ignores Piccolo and goes Super Saiyan to save his father. Piccolo yells out, "Come back here! Ranch, go after him!" Ranch nods her head and also goes Super Saiyan to try and save Trunks. While Buu continues to beat on Vegeta, Trunks shows up and kicks Buu in the face. Ranch saw this and yells out, "Damn it, Trunks! Oh, what the Hell, come on, let's free him." Trunks replies, "Yeah, but you go on and get your dad, alright?" Ranch nods her head and makes her way towards her father. Trunks frees his father and shakes his body and asks, "Dad, Dad, please wake up! You're the Prince of all Saiyans! You can't go down this easily! Please, Dad, wake up!" Suddenly, Vegeta opens his eyes and asks, "T-Trunks? Is that you?" Trunks replies happily, "Yeah, Dad, it's me!" Vegeta gets up again and asks, "Where's that monster?" Trunks replies, "He's right over there! I know that you can kick his butt so do it, Dad!" Vegeta asks, "And where are the others?" Trunks replies, "They're just over there, why?" However, Vegeta doesn't respond further.
