Chapter Eighteen - Blood and Gore

Dawn glared around at the taunting kids. She felt like murdering every single person, taking everyone's souls with no mercy while laughing in their faces.

"What are you going to do?" Shinx asked his master, worried about her ego. Once something that big was damaged, it was hard to fix it again. Dawn just turned to her companion and smiled. Shinx knew what that smile meant. "No, Dawn-"

The girl paid no attention to his plees and grabbed the back of his neck, throwing him into a cupboard. She locked it slowly, slipping the key into her pocket. Shinx scratched at the door of the enclosed space, howling.

"Dawn! Please! Let me out! Don't do this! There are other ways!"

Winry leaned across the table to see what Dawn was doing. As the dark individual turned to face the students in the canteen once more, The five friends could see the pupils of her eyes widen, the iris surrounding them darken until almost black.

"She isn't going to- Oh shit" Winry had never seen what she thought might very well happen, but she heard Lust talk about it with the other homunculi. All the 'artificial humans' knew each other, at least briefly in the past, and the seven sins all knew Dawn well enough to have seen her darkest side. Winry picked her bag off the floor and herself off the seat, tapping Erin on the shoulder and mentioning everyone to stand up. Edward stared along with the others as Dawn's eyes turned into slits.

"Disobeying me was a mistake, a grave mistake"

"Pfft bug off you fat cow!" A kid, who was somehow on the 'large side' himself yelled at her. Dawn bared her teeth, fighting back the shadows that were pushing through and ripping her soul apart from the inside out.

"Yeah!" Another kid next to him smirked. "Try anything and we'll just get Miss Hawkeye on you, or better yet, the palm tree who whooped your ass yesterday!"

Everyone started laughing. Laughing at her. Dawn stepped forward and let her instinct's take over, finally giving in and letting the anger and darkness tear through her body and self ,  out into the world. Her finger lengthened, nails morphing into claws as her teeth sharpened, a unnatural blackness began to creep over her skin while her back hunched over, all humanity being stripped of her image and mind. Dawn's hand began to glow an eerie blue. She grinned, showing off all her jagged predatory teeth. It was a smile not of anger or pain, or even contempt but one of pure maniacal evil as she lost all control of her former self, becoming...Diluclio.

"RUN!" Mimi shouted, her fight or flight response kicking in. Everyone, including teachers raced out of the canteen, screaming and yelling in panic and frenzy as Diluclio boomed with laughter, ringing about the wide walls. Its voice sounded deep and throaty, echoing after every word it spat. Erin and Al were the first to the doors. Unfortunately for everyone (except Diluclio) the doors were jammed, and they were trapped inside a huge room, caged in with the most horrific of the homunculi.

"Who's up for a RE-MATCH?!" It screeched, a smile still plastered to its face as it bounding after Envy on all fours, like a hungry beast chasing down its prey. Diluclio pounced onto Envy's back, bringing him down underneath it.

"Not so tough now, ARE WE?!"

Diluclio flipped the sin over for the pleasure of seeing his bloodied face. It laughed like a mad hyena.

"You don't scare me Dawn! I've seen what you can do remember?! Don't waste your energy on something as stupid as this!" Envy spat into its face, kicking its gut with his shoes, trying to somehow get up from beneath the monster. Diluclio's wicked smile faded at hearing him fight back with insults and feeble kicks. It smashed a deformed hand over Envy's neck, probably crushing his throat, making sure he would speak no more.
