Narrator POV

After a few rescue missions later, most of the students have agreed that the way a victim acts can ultimately deter the way rescuers approach the rescue. Comparing the first rescue mission between the rest of the rescue missions that have happened so far, the first group took much longer and had a harder time rescuing the people due to their conditions and behaviours.

(Y/n) sighed as she watched the next batch of rescuers attempt to rescue the people down the cliff. She tapped her pen on her hand-held notebook and yawned with boredom. Suzu did the same and placed down his notebook on his thighs.

"Not going to lie, I am looking forward to the simplicity of these rescue missions."

"I agree, there's no level of difficulty like we are used to," replied Axel.

"If that's the case, then we will finish our turn quickly," Kai added.

(Y/n) stretched her arms and nodded.

"Well, what do you guys say? Should we turn this into a 'who can do it the fastest rescue mission' ourselves?" Suzu smirked.

"Heh, the loser has to buy lunch for the winners tomorrow," Kai licked his lips.

"Then we'll partner with our previous partner from the warm-up," Axel decided.

"You guys are on!" (Y/n) replies with sparkles surrounding her face. Axel sweat-dropped at (Y/n)'s odd behaviour towards the thought of food.

"Can't believe you're that excited about food again, (Y/n)."

"Hey! This is Lunch Rush we're talking about," she quickly defended.

Coincidentally, after the conversation was over Isamu Academy just finished their last rescue lessons and it was I-Island Academy's turn. Thirteen quickly beckoned the four students and one of Isamu Academy's rescue group. The Isamu students already started to descend to the bottom of the cliff. Thirteen, of course, showed the I-Island students the equipment they can use for the rescue mission.

The other class were watching the I-Island students; some students were very interested but others were flat out cursing at them mentally or with each other. Not only did their little stunt at the beginning of the lesson made some of their rescue missions a bit lame, but the I-Island students were rubbing off as too overly confident.

"Tch, they're so full of themselves," one of the Isamu students commented to some of his classmates.

"Yeah, already showing off their so-called abilities on the first day."

"Who do they think they are? They think they're better than us?!"

The quiet students listened to the insults being spouted left and right. Midoriya couldn't understand why some of the students bad-mouthed them. They literally did nothing yet in their turn. Uraraka looked over at Midoriya with worry etched on her face.

"What's wrong Deku-kun?"

"O-oh, Its nothing."

Uraraka can't help but stare at Midoriya for a bit longer. Her eyes distinctly travelled to his lips and noticed a small cut on his bottom lips. Her happy aura disoriented a little as she recalls back to when Midoriya saved I-Island Academy's class president and had accidentally brushed his lips against hers. A small painful tug crossed her heart and Uraraka immediately looked away.

"Oh ok," she finally replies to Midoriya.

Todoroki, on the other hand, had noticed the brunette's slight change of mood. Being the observant type, he had speculations that Uraraka may have feelings for Iida or Midoriya, but today's events just proved that just maybe Uraraka has a crush of Midoriya?
