Chapter 50: Kageyasu's Mess

NARRATOR POV

Location: Teacher's Conference Room

Principal Nezu happily looked out of the window, watching a pair of crows flying off in the distance. He hummed a playful tune as his right paw went up to his chin to scratch it with interest.

"So, you're telling me that these students are stuck together because of a general student's quirk."

Aizawa looked over to his right shoulder to the door where the students stuck together are waiting and sighed heavily.

"Yes."

Principal Nezu finally turned around with the most gleeful expression, only to be met with Aizawa, Present Mic, and Midnight's cold-hard expression. The three pro-heroes waited for the principal's response since they didn't know how to fix the current problem their students are in. The principal walked over to his seat in the teacher's conference room and grabbed his tea. He took a sip except his shoulders started to shake midway causing him to laugh in the middle of his sip.

"HAHAHAHA!"

"Don't laugh at the situation Principal!" Present Mic shouted, feeling betrayed that he thought the Principal was about to say something smart.

"Well well, there's nothing we can do about it Present Mic. I'm assuming this is General Student Kageyasu's doings right?" Principal Nezu took another sip.

Aizawa, Present Mic, and Midnight all looked at each other. "How did you know it's Kageyasu, Principal Nezu?" Midnight asked.

"We had the same problem on the very first day of school. His quirk, sweat glue, made him late when one of his friends accidentally bumped him to another student when he was nervous. In the end, he was unable to attend his first-class because of it."

Aizawa sighed while drooping down his head, "so that's how it is."

"But that doesn't explain why some of the class 1-A students are mad at him. The other students who have witnessed the whole thing say they were protecting I-Island Academy's class president from Kageyasu," Midnight added.

Principal Nezu's arm froze and he stopped sipping his tea. 'Protecting?' he thought. He set his cup down to the table and looked at the tea's ripple before deciding what to do. "Present Mic, bring in the students. We may need to reassess this whole situation. It seems too much of a coincidence for this to happen, especially to the I-Island students."

The three teachers all looked at each other with confusion. And Present Mic finally went up to the door to open it, but All Might beat him to it and opened the door on the other side. All Might coughed a little and opened the door wider to let in the students.

"Sorry, I heard the last part."

Principal Nezu watched as Kageyasu and three bundles of students awkwardly walked into the room; all looking pretty tired and fed up in the situation they're in. Aizawa sighed upon seeing Bakugou and Midoriya, of all the students to be stuck together it had to be those two combinations.

"It seems this is more troublesome than you made it sound to be Present Mic." Principal Nezu noted.

Present Mic shot a dejected look towards the Principal but nonetheless explained to him what the situation is.

"Alright, as you can see Tokoyami, Kaminari, Axel, and Kai are stuck together. Suzu, Todoroki, and Kirishima are stuck together. And last but not least, Bakugou, Midoriya, and our beloved (L/n)-chan is stuck together!" Present Mic wept at the end.
