Well after spending five days in hospital I am finally discharged. The doctor gives me crutches and mum leads me out.
When we get home all I want to do is be by myself! But we check the mail box and I notice there are school books with notes, the notes say "complete the exercises before you return to school!" What! There are about a hundred worksheets to do and they expect me to do it all tonight! "Mum" I yell "yes Sweety" she replies, "look how much homework they have given me!" "Well I guess you better get started my darling" this is impossible, she expects me to do all this homework in one night not a chance. "Mum please call the school and tell them it's to much!" "But you are a smart young man and you can do it, I am not calling the school" she says. I limp back to my room, open the door with mum behind me, but as I open the door there is some sort of trip wire that sets off a pie that comes flying straight into my face. I react by putting my hands in the air forgetting I have crutches and my school books go flying into the air with mum bouncing down the stairs, I have hit her with my crutches! the books hit the ground first crashing mums favourite glass vase, then mum falls in a heap on the floor___
Oh my god! What a mess! How did the pie even get there in the first place?
"Hahahahaha" I hear a ear piercing laugh and my brother emerges from a pile of clothes on the floor, "like my welcome home prezzy mate" he laughs. In a instant he stops laughing as he sees mum laying on the floor not moving.
