Chapter 3

( Y/n's POV )

Namjoon: Y/n, where are you? Are you busy?

Me: Not at all. I am at home.

Namjoon: Can you meet me? I have something interesting to show you.

Me: A-a-a..sure. But will it take a lot of time? Cause Jimin will get mad at me if I come back home late.

Namjoon: Don't worry. I'll walk you home, little kid. 😁

Me: I'm not a little kid! 😡😡

Namjoon: Hahaha. Cute.

Me: 😶😶😶

Namjoon: Meet me at the bookstore.

Me: Okay. I'll be there in 10 minutes. ✊✊

Namjoon: Ok. Waiting......👀

(Jimin's POV)

I had just come out from Y/n's apartment. I took out my car from the parking lot. Well, she is really good at makeup. I couldn't believe it's me when I first looked at the mirror. I saw an young man with a killing look, that's all. She really should be a makeup artist in future.

While driving, I remembered that I was out of coffee. I looked around for a convenience store and finally found one. I parked my car, came out and went inside the store. I noticed two girls were following me from the time I had entered the store. I heard they were saying, "Is he an idol? Omg!! He's so handsome."

Am I really looking like an idol? Whoa!! Thanks to Y/n for her increadibly awesome makeup!

When I came out from the store and was about to get in the car, someone called me from behind.

"Excuse me." It was one of the girls who were following me. She had long hair, pale white skin, dressed in a sky blue tunic.

"Yes?" I replied.

"Can I have your number?" She requested in a hesitating voice.

I kept my voice cold and replied straightly, "Sorry." I didn't wait any longer and got into the car. The girl was still standing there. Maybe she was thinking how can I refuse to a girl like her or how mannerless this boy is. But I don't care.

Cause I'm already in love with someone. I can't think of anyone else except Y/n beside me. But what does she think about me?

(Y/n's POV)

I was already wearing makeup so I just put on a jacket, grabbed my phone, locked the door and came out on the street. It took at best 5 minutes to reach the bookstore. When I entered the store, the doorbell rang. It was one of my favourite places cause I love to read books. In fact, you can call me a bookworm. A smiling face greeted me. I came to Namjoon and said, "Okay. I've showed up."

Without replying, he just handed me a bundle of books. It was the new volume of 'Man in shadows.' Actually it is a detective storybook. It has 4 volumes and the new one had just come out. Me and Namjoon both are huge fan of detective stories. I was shocked to see those books cause I didn't know it had already come out. I said, "Whaaat?!?! It has come out?! I didn't even know."
