Rachel POV
I've been up here for exactly one week, and it's been really nice being with Finn- not in that way, you dirty minded child, but being in his company.
Of course I miss the girls and rest of the Glee Club, but I know exactly when I'll get to see them again. So, that helps.
"Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson, please report to my office," whatever's controlling this says.
I grab Finn's hand and walk over to the room where I first arrived here, and open the door.
"Good morning, Miss Berry and Mr. Hudson. Late last night, I was informed that you two have been deemed perfect matches for each other. With this in mind, I must make you two move in together. You are now on track for a family up here. You should be proud of yourselves," it informs us and I just stand there for a minute, stunned.
People are stalking me? Finn's clearly my perfect match, that's obvious, but now there's a plan for us that we didn't make? This is weird.
"Here are your keys. Your things have already been moved into the new home. Have a nice death," the machine thing says, and someone comes over with keys to what I guess is our new house.
"This is happening very quickly," I point out once we've left that room, and Finn nods his agreement.
"I agree, but I mean, I guess this is how love and dating work up here," he says, grasping my hand.
"Wait, what do you mean, you guess? You didn't date anyone?" I ask, stunned. This is the first time we're having one of these conversations, but still, I thought he at least dated someone while I was on Earth.
"I had several flings in which there was a lot of desperate twenty something's, but nothing serious, no one. I meant what I said at the not wedding, you're my girlfriend," Finn tells me, chuckling.
"So, does this mean that you want to get back together?" I ask, smiling.
"I thought we were together, because in my mind, we never broke up," Finn smiles at me and I instantly smile back, so widely it hurts.
"How in God's name did I get so lucky as to have you be my perfect match?" I ask, seriously questioning it.
"I think it's the other way around, Rach. You are perfect, and I can't believe I convinced you to love me for so long, and that you still do," he admits and I blush profusely.
"Well, Finn, you are perfect as well, so I guess this means that as the only perfect things up here, since the girls are down on Earth, we shall date," I joke, and his lips collide with mine.
We kiss for several minutes, until the need for oxygen becomes apparent, at which time we pull away, breathless.
"You are amazing, Berry. I hope you know that," Finn informs me, and I blush slightly.
"You're too sweet to me. I'm pretty damn happy with the way life turned out, since it turned out with you and me and Broadway," I smile up at him as we walk towards the car we were provided.
"After you, m'lady," he jokes, opening the passenger door.
"Why thank you, kind sir," I reply, closing the door.
We talk for several minutes in the car, just random things that come to our minds, before the car pulls into the driveway of an absolutely gorgeous house-, wait, no, a mansion.
"Oh my God, this is where we're living?!" I shriek of excitement. This place looks so pretty!!
"Yes dear, and you sound oddly excited," Finn tells me, and I giggle.
"Sorry, it's just that this house looks so pretty! If the inside's half as great as the outside, it'll be worth death," I joke, and hop out of the car, skipping like a schoolgirl.
"Don't wait for me," Finn jokes, slowly getting out of the car and joining me at the front door.
"Our new lives together officially begin now. You ready?" I ask, grasping his hand.
"Since we were 18," he replies, and I put the key in the door.
Let's see if this was worth dying.

I tortured myself by watching The Break Up and The Quarterback in the same day.
Why do I do these things to myself?
Later loves,
