Another Jarley one because I feel like it.

2nd POV (it's something new I'm trying.)

Reader, it had been five months since Jake and Marley had rekindled their romance. I'd be lying if I said that it was all smooth sailing, but the pair were more in love than ever.

They were also way closer with Finn, Rachel, Kitty, and Artie. Turns out, being dead really does make friendship much more of a necessity with people you already know.

Anyways, on the fateful day that is today, they were called into the office of Something. The pair were perplexed; why would Something want to meet with them?

"Hello, Miss Rose and Mr. Puckerman. I have decided that, as you two have been made perfect matches for each other, you shall get married today. Right now, in fact. If you'll turn around, a dress and tux will appear. Please change into those so we can get this ceremony started; I'm very busy today," Something says from the speakers in the room. The pair turned around, and instantly got changed into their respective outfits; Marley's a simple yet elegant white gown with intricate beading on the top and Jake's a tuxedo.

I've gotta say, if there are any bisexuals or pansexuals in the crowd, you'd be quaking at the sight of these two. They were gorgeous- and I'm straight.

"Let us begin with the vows," a priest who somehow yeeted himself there says suddenly, causing both of them to jump back a little bit.

"Jake, I know we've had our ups and downs; ever since high school, nothing has come easy to us. We have had to fight for each other, choose each other time and time again. I'm proud to say that we have, all but one time. I will keep choosing you, even though I know there will be ways we both want to rip each other's hair out," Marley smiled as she said her vows.

"If you would've told me six months ago that I'd be standing up here, marrying Marley Rose, I would not have believed you. I would've wished you were right, but she wouldn't even talk to me; forget about love me. Marls, I know that even if everything that can go wrong does, and it probably will, us being us, I will love you through it all. There's no way in hell I'm letting you go again and this is just another way for me to say it. I choose to fight for you every day, for the rest of our deaths," Jake smiles at her, resisting the urge to kiss her.

This increased the narrator's feeling of single, so now I want a boyfriend but that's besides the point.

"I love you, Jake," Marley smiles.

"I love you too, Marls. You're my dream girl," Jake responds, voice breaking out of love.

"Do you, Jake Puckerman, take Marley Rose-"

"Yes, I do." A ring is slid onto his finger by Marley.

"Do you, Marley Rose, take Jake Puckerman-"

"I do." Jake slides the ring onto her finger.

"You are now husband and wife. Kiss!"

That's all they needed to hear before kissing.

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I may or may not have taken Jake's dream girl line from Brooklyn Nine Nine so don't sue me.

Later loves,

~Ry
