Chapter 37 What's Wrong with him

Lloyd's P.o.v

"What's going on Lloyd, why are snakes attacking?" Asked Kai

"They're after us." I Said

"What do you mean they're after us?" Asked Nya

"Ya, explain who 'us' is." Said Cole

"Me and you guys." I Said

"What did we do?" Asked Nya

"Ya, What do they want with normal civilians?" Asked Zane

"Because you guys aren't just civilians." I Said

"Lloyd, what do you mean?" Asked Kai

I looked down.

"Lloyd." Said Cole

Am I really ready for this?

"Lloyd!" Shouted Kai

I sighed.

I then started to explain everything to them.... everything expect Jay.

They all just stared at me. None of them said a word the entire time.

"I know it sounds crazy but-" I Said before they cut me off

They were laughing?!

I sighed. I knew they wouldn't believe me, I tried telling Sensei but nooo he said they would.

I did spinjiztu and changed into my Gi.

I ran towards the door and almost walked out before Nya put her hand on my shoulder.

I sighed and took her hand off my shoulder. I opened the door.

"Lloyd wait!" Said Kai

I went to walk out but then someone grabbed me.

"Let me go!" I Shouted

"Lloyd calm down." Said Cole

"No! I need to go stop them." I Said

"Not without us." Said Zane

I just looked at him shocked.

Cole then put me down.

"Why were you guys laughing?" I Asked

"Because we find it funny because that's the reason you were acting strange the other day." Said Nya

I looked down. Yeah that's all I was hiding.

"So do you guys believe me?" I asked

"It does explain some of the things that happened to us." Said Zane

"Doesn't matter if we believe you or not your our friend and we want to help you." Said Cole as he put his hand on my shoulder.

I smiled.

"Now let's go do this." Said Kai

"Wait." I Said

I pulled out their Gi's and handed them to them.

"Go change." I Said

They quickly went to go change and came back.

"Wow we look so cool!" Said Nya

"Now let's go do this." I Said as I pulled my mask down.

We ran outside.

"Hide in the shadows." I Said

We saw snakes walk by.

"What's the plan?" Asked Zane

I went to say something before a snake jumped down from the building we were hiding by.

It tried to punch me but I dogged it. Ice suddenly froze the snake. I looked at Zane to see him looking at his hands.

"Did I do that?" Asked Zane

I smiled.

"Come on let's go before anyone else finds us." I Said

We took down all of the snakes expect for one.... Scales.

"Give up Scales, you're outnumbered!" I Shouted

"It seems like that doesn't it." Said Scales

"You are alone." Said Cole

Scales whistled.

Kai laughed.

"What was that about?" He Asked

"What are you planning Scales." I Asked

"Look out!" Shouted Zane

He tackled me to the ground.

An arrow landed in the spot where I was. I got up and looked around to see who shot it but I didn't see anyone.

"Who was that Scales!" I Shouted

"My new friend, I would love to stay and chat but I don't think you'll be around much longer see you later." Said Scales

"We'll get him." Said Cole

Cole, Kai, Zane, and Nya ran after him.

I turned around to go look for the person who shot at me and got punched it the face when I turned around. I went to punch the person back but then my fist froze in midair when I saw my attacker.

"J- Jay?!" I said

He did spinjitzi and knocked me down.

"Jay what are you doing?" I Said

He started walking towards me. He offered his hand to me. He probably thought I was someone else. I grabbed his hand but as soon as he pulled me up he slammed me into a wall. My head started spinning. I managed to get away from him but I fell running due to my dizziness. He grabbed an arrow and shot at me. I almost managed to avoid it but it got me in my arm. I screamed in pain.

"Jay why are you doing this?" I Asked

It was then I noticed he was wearing a Gi. Did he remember? If he remembered then why is he doing this?

He pulled down his mask and started walking towards me again. It was then I noticed his eyes... they were red. Oh No scales must've gotten to him. Jay kept getting closer to me. Then Cole and them came back, Jay turned to look at them.

"Sorry Lloyd we lost him."

"Jay! You're here." Said Kai

"Where have you been." Said Nya with a worried tone.

Jay then started to walk towards him. I was frozen in fear and didn't say anything. Jay stood in front of Cole.

"Jay what's wrong?" Asked Cole

Jay then lifting his arm and tried to punch Cole but Cole grabbed his hand.

"Jay, what the heck?!" Shouted Cole

Jay looked up.

"Lloyd why are Jay's eyes red?" Asked Nya

"He's been hypnotized by Scales!" I Shouted as I got up.

Jay quickly turned to face me. He then started to run towards me.

"Lloyd, move outta the way!" Shouted Kai

I just stood there frozen. Jay then slammed me into another wall.

"Lloyd you need to fight back!" Shouted Nya

"I- I can't." I Said

They started running towards me and Jay, but when Jay saw them coming he jumped into a building and started running away.

"Lloyd are you okay?" Asked Nya

Everything starters to become fuzzy.

"He's bleeding!" Shouted Zane

"I'm sorry Jay." I Said

I then blacked out.
