Chapter 38 Waking up

So I've been thinking about writing an Steven Universe fan fiction, thoughts?

Lloyd's P.O.V

I woke up to voices.

"I don't know what we're going to do." Said a Kai

"We need to save him!" Shouted Nya

"But we don't know how, we've never done this before." Cole

"Lloyd does." Said a Nya

"But he needs to rest right now." Said Kai

I tried to open my eyes but they immediately shut. A groan came out of my mouth.

"To bright." I Said

"You have a concussion." Said Zane

"Get the lights." Said Kai

I tried to open my eyes again and this time I could get them open. I looked at my arm and saw bandages wrapped around it.

"What happened?" I asked

"You don't remember?" Asked Cole

Everything then came back to me.

"Jay!" I Shouted

I jumped up and tried to get out of bed. Until Kai laid me back down.

"Easy there Lloyd." Said Kai

"I need to get back out there, I need to help him!" I Shouted

"You're we need to help him." Said Nya

"But you need to heal first." Said Kai

"I don't have time for that." I Said

"Lloyd, you froze out there." Said Nya

I looked down.

"Before you go back out there we need to talk about this." Said Nya

"Yeah, we can't go back out there at have you freeze again." Said Cole

"Lloyd, I feel there is something you're not telling us." Said Zane

"That's because there is." I Said

"Talk to us Lloyd." Said Kai

I sighed.

"Alright." I Said

I then explained to them about me not helping Jay.

"I'm sorry guys," I Said as I started crying

"I didn't mean for any of this to happen, I don't know what I was thinking. Why did I even wait this long." I Said

I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder. I looked over to see Cole.

"It's okay Lloyd." Said Cole

"No it's not." I Said

"Lloyd we all make mistakes." Said Kai

"This wasn't just a mistake." I Said

"Lloyd I promise you everything will be fine." Said Nya

"Yeah, and once you heal, we'll go back out there and save Jay." Said Kai

"After we come up with a plan." Said Cole

I smiled.

"Thanks for making me feel better guys." I Said

"What are friends for." Said Cole with a smile

Then Wu came in.

"Before anyone does anything, you 4 need to train," Said Wu

"You can't go back out there knowing nothing about scales or how to fight." Said Wu

"But-" I Said

"No Lloyd, while you are healing, I will train them." Said Wu

"If it means we'll get our friend back then we're in." Said Cole

"Get some rest Lloyd, this will all be over before you know it." Said Nya

"Let's go." Said Wu

They all left the room and I then fell asleep.
