Chapter 36 Telling the Truth

Lloyd's P.o.v

You need to tell them what's going on

But they'll hate me

Come on this is the team we're talking about they could never hate you

There's no team

Not right now, but they're still your friends

I was interrupted from my thought by my phone. I looked at it to see a text from Zane.

Zane: Hello Lloyd! We were planning on going to go get Pizza and the Pizza place near the school and wanted to know if you would like to join us.

Wu then entered my room.

"Hello Lloyd." Said Wu

"Hey Sensei." I Said

"What's wrong?" Asked Wu

I showed him the text from Zane.

"Are you going?" Asked Wu

"I don't know." I Said

"Why wouldn't you go?" Asked Wu

I stared at my screen, the background was a picture of all of us before they lost their memories.

"It hurts to be with them Uncle, and try to act like everything is okay when it's not." I Said

"Lloyd, look at me." Said Wu

I looked at him.

"You want them to remember, yes?" Said Wu

"Yes." I Said

"Then go, they seem to remember more when your with them." Said Wu

"But-" I Said before he cut me off

"Before you came back into their lives they didn't remember a thing, now they are." Said Wu

"But they think they are dreams." I Said

"Except for Jay." Said Wu

I felt a pain in my hurt when he said his name.

"What about him." I Said

"Jay remembers it happening." Said Wu

"Only the bad things." I Said

"That's because of his parents." Said Wu

"Talk to him by yourself and explain everything." Said Wu

"I can't." I Said

"And why not?" Asked Wu

"Because I don't know where he is!" I Said

I then started crying.

"Lloyd what's wrong?" Asked Wu

"I saw Scales and the others hypnotize Jay and take him." I Said

"I don't know why I didn't do anything I just didn't. I was just in a lot of pain and-" I Said before Wu cut me off

"Lloyd it's okay." Said Wu

"No it's not!" I Shouted

"How could you say that?! One of my best friends got taken and it was all my fault and you say it's okay!" I Shouted

"Lloyd-" Said Wu

"No! Don't-" I Said before Wu cut me off again

"Lloyd!" Shouted Wu

I didn't say anything.

"It's okay. Because I already knew what happened." Said Wu

I looked at him with shock and confusion.

"How?" I asked

"I was there when it happened." Said Wu

"I know you feel powerless right now, but think of this as a good thing." Said Wu

"How could this be a good thing?!" I Shouted

"Because if they're anything like they were before, they will help you." Said Wu

"How do you know, I'm sure they'll hate me." I Said

Wu put his hand on my shoulder.

"Because I know Lloyd." Said Wu with a smile

"Go to them and explain." Said Wu

"But I-" I Said

"I know you said you quit, but let's be real here Lloyd. This is you we're talking about here you could never quit." Said Wu

I smiled. I grabbed my phone and texted Zane back.

Me: I would love to! See you their.

I got up and went to walked out the door before Wu stopped me.

"Here." Said Wu

He then threw 5 Gi's at me.

"You're gonna need them." Said Wu

I smiled and ran out the door.

Kai's P.o.v

"Where is he Zane, I thought you said he was coming." I Said

"He said he was." Said Zane

Then Lloyd ran through the door.

"There you are took you long enough." I Said

"Be nice." Said Nya

"Come sit." Said Cole

"Guys I need to talk to you." Said Lloyd

"Your finally ready to tell us what's wrong." Said Nya

"Yes and-" Said Lloyd before Zane cut him off

"It can wait, let's eat first."

"But-" Said Lloyd before a scream cut him off

"What's going on?" I Asked

"I have no idea." Said Lloyd

We took a look outside to see snakes!

Lloyd froze.

"Lloyd what's going on?" Asked Cole

"We need to get someone safe and fast." Said Lloyd

"But-" I Said

"Now! There's no time!" Said Lloyd he grabbed my arm and pulled me out the back door.

"Why are we at the school?" Asked Nya

"It's the place they would least expect." Said Lloyd

"Now what's going on?" I asked

"You see-
