As we got to Colby's mansion, I saw there were like 5 cars already there.

"Who's here?"

I asked, looking at Colby.

"I don't know. Guess we'll have to find out."

I nodded as he pulled into the driveway, getting out of car when it was parked.

Like a puppy, I just followed Colby.

"Who's all here?"

Colby yelled as we walked through the doors.

"Corey, Aaron, Devyn, Shea, and Kat."

I froze.

I completely forgot about having a crush on Kat.

It was over 6 months back and she still doesn't know, but that's not the point.

The fact I used to like her scares me.

I probably only liked her because Colby was gone and I was emotional then.

Oh well.

I'm not now, so that's good.

And I definitely don't like her that way.

"Sam? You good?"

Kat asked, looking at me and Colby.

"Oh. Yeah. Just forgot what was happening."

"Okay. You guys should come sit over here with us."

I looked at Colby and he shrugged.

"Okay."

We went over and sat with them, chatting until Jake and Tara walked in.

"Sorry I didn't answer earlier, Colby. I was at work."

"I had a feeling you were, so I just said you could come if you were able to."

He nodded as Tara dragged him to sit by Kat.

We sat by Shea since I thought Sam seemed a little uncomfortable around Kat.

"So, what now?"

I asked, wrapping my right arm around Sam.

Everyone went silent, trying to think of things to do.

"I have an idea!"

Katrina yelled, causing almost everyone but Jake and Reggie to jump.

"Jeez, Kat. Did you have to yell so suddenly?"

Sam asked, curling up to me.

She glared at him jokingly, and randomly winked at Shea as she shook her head at her.

"Just tell us your idea, Kat."

I said, somewhat scared.

"We can play Truth or Dare!"

Everyone groaned, knowing everyone upstairs had to have heard it since Kat can't keep her mouth shut.

We waited for a few, seeing if anyone heard us.

"Should we play? It seems like he didn't hear her."

Corey was obsessed with playing Truth or Dare when there's a large group of our friends just to annoy them.

And it works.

Anyway, about 5 seconds into Kat asking Shea Truth or Dare all you heard was a stampede come running down the stairs.

"Did I hear Truth or Dare?"

He basically drug Aaron down the stairs and was carrying Devyn bridal style.
