Naina is trying to get some sleep in her car, what after a tiring journey of 12 hours from Texas to India and her decision to go directly to her destination, without even meeting her family.
She arrived in India, some 6 -7 hours ago and hoping from one car to private jet, to again this car, it's all very tiring for her.
But she is determined to find the solution to the problems faced by the poor villagers and also her own personal mission.
Suddenly, she wakes up with a jerk, as the car stops abruptly in the middle of the road. She asks the driver. 'Ma'am ahead road is block! Many have lined up,' the driver informs her.
She then gets out of the car and walks towards the people, who have blocked the road.

Virendra is walking on the road, when he sees some kids giggling and whispering to each other. A little girl walks towards him, 'Bhaiya, aapki taswir newspaper mein hai.'
He is confused. 'What?'
The girl shows him a old newspaper where he sees Sameer and Naina's picture. He doesn't know how to react.

Singh House
Virendra came running in his house with many questions in his mind, and only one person can supply him with his answers. He calls out to his mother. 'What happened Viren?' asked his mother.
He hands her the newspaper cutting. 'What is this? Me and this guy looks same, except for the beard! Why?'
She touches his face but he pushes her hand.
'I need an answer, Mom!' he said, his expression serious.

'You know the answer. All along, you never looked like that. It's only after your reconstructive surgery, that you look like this. It can be a coincidence,' she said looking at him.
He is still not convinced. 'Why do I feel like you are hiding something from me, Mom?'
He walks off from there. Just then Shivu came, but he ignores her. She then goes to her home.

Shivu walks up to Munna and tells him to check on Viren. 'Hmm, which side did he go?' He asked her.
