~ TRUTH ~

Naina is completely numb, not knowing how to react, after the shocking news revealed by Roopa. She had asked her about Virendra, her son and that's when she told her, he died and she herself killed him, when he begged her to kill him. Though he had got recovered from his near death experience but the multiple injuries and his disfigured face, he could not live with that. Due to her asking it, now Shivu too came to know about it and is crying her heart out.

Still there is more clarity left on certain aspects and she is in desperate need to know it. 'Aunty, how did Sameer ji came to lead his life?'

'Viren died in the night and the next morning I had him cremated at a lavish funeral given by the Indian army,' she said between sobs. 'I dropped his ashes into the river and was turning to come back, when I heard someone whimper in pain. It was Sameer, but at that time I didn't knew who he was! I immediately went to assist him. The moment he spoke to me, I was reminded of Viren! I took advantage of him, when I got to know that he remembered nothing from his previous life. When I took him to the hospital, he was the one chosen; to donate blood to you. Still at that time I didn't know his connection to you! It was after couple of months, that I came to know his real identity; but by then he was very comfortable as Virendra. I was very selfish there, I knew there was a mother, father, a sister and a wife that was grieving for him. But you all had each other to lean on, I had NOBODY! So I kept that secret and hoped that he never gets his memory back. It was only today that I discovered that he had a daughter. I wouldn't have wanted that child to grow up without a father!'

Unknown to them, Virendra is standing there. She continues, 'I must accept it now, my son is dead. MY SON VIRENDRA IS DEAD!'

'Then who the hell am I?'

He goes from there angrily.

'Go to him Naina, tell him the truth!' She urges her.

Naina runs after him. He walks to a garage and gets into a car. She too jumps in the car. He gets angry. 'GET OUT!'

'No I am not going anywhere!' She declares firmly.

One of the mechanic gets tense as the car is having faulty brakes.

Road

Virendra is driving in high speed. Naina is very scared. 'Slow down Virendra ji, we can talk about this calmly!'

But he doesn't listened to her and keeps driving in high speed. 'Stop the car, then we'll talk. I will tell you who you are and why aunty lied,' she screams at the top of her voice.

'DON'T TAKE HER NAME! She has always lied to me. My life is all, but a lie!' he continues driving like a maniac. Her pleas goes to deaf ears. He tries slowing down, but the car refuses to slow down, let alone STOP! 

He pumps the brake pedal, but NOTHING happened. 'Oh no! There are no brakes!'

'WHAT?' she gets completely shocked.

Suddenly, he gets some flashes from that night. Being in a car; that's going at top speed and had no brakes. 

He holds his aching head, while she quickly takes hold of the steering wheel. 'Are you alright?'

'I have been in this position before,' he manages to say.

She knows exactly where he is getting at, with it. 'Ab hum kya karenge?'

'I think we need to jump!'

Just then, they sees a truck coming towards them. As he can't keep the car steady in his lane, he veers into an open field. He is still getting the flashes.

He was talking to someone on the cell. He discovered the car had no brakes. Suddenly, the doors began to lock on it's own. He struggled to open the doors, but they won't budge. He kicked out the widescreen(THAT WAS THE SOUND OF GLASS SHATTERING). He jumped out through that, and the car exploded. All went blank after that!

'Virendra ji,' she nudges him. He came out of the flashback. 'Naina ji, we are nearing a cliff. You have to jump!'

'And you?'  she asked him.

'Don't worry about me. You jump,' he tells her, but she refuses. 'No NOT WITHOUT YOU! We will jump together!'

'Just open the door and get out,' he pleads but she doesn't bulge. They keeps on arguing. The cliff is nearing. But they are still arguing. 'We will jump together. You from your side and I from my side!'

'Naina ji, you jump first and I will follow!'

'NOT HAPPENING!' she declares firmly.

Simultaneously they jumps out from their respective sides and the car flew down the embankment. She looks all around her, but she could not see Sameer. She gets tensed. 'Sameer ji..Sameer ji!'

He appears suddenly and she runs and hugs him. He has got a bit hurt, when he ended up jumping in the thorny bush. A small amount of blood oozed from the wound on his shoulder. When she hugs him, the blood from his cuts smears onto her forehead, thus marking her empty maang.
