Sameer is standing lifelessly, staring out of the window, but even the fresh air can't help him figure out Naina's psychology behind her outburst. Her shrill tone is still echoing in his mind, 'Can't you see, SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU' And out she went with Saina.

Sometime Before

The family members are amazed and thrilled after they got to know about the real name of Sanchi. It was a combination of her parents name. Sameer's first 2 letters and Naina's last 3 letters. 'But I think we should thank Major Virendra first for saving Naina that day.' Divya voiced her thought.

'Mom, that's Sameer ji only!' Naina replies.

They gets shocked and asks many questions. 'As I already said before, it's a long story and I will tell you one day.' Sameer replies.

Naina notices the slight moment of Saina, and knows that she is waking up soon. She carefully lifts her in her arms and passes her onto Sameer.

Sameer is excited to hold his child for the first time, but is scared too about the baby's reaction to him.

And he is right, once her eyes opened and seeing an unfamiliar face in front of her, she stares in shock at first.

Then she screams loudly and her tears flows like a cascade. He, in a panic tries to pacify her. DivJay too pacifies her.

Shefali grabs the teddy bear, that he brought and holds it in front of the baby. She lovingly caresses the bears paws and stops crying for few seconds, but is short lived.

With her tiny feet, she starts kicking into his chest. He tries to quieten her, but fails miserably. Naina, stands aside waiting for him to "handle" the baby, is losing her patience fast.

The agony of hearing her baby cry, coupled with the repressed feelings of anger towards him; is reaching it's peak. Naina moves to take the baby from him, but he stops her. 'Wait Nainu, she will come around just now!'

'Give her to me Sameer ji. Can't you see, SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU!'

Her words are harsh and it stings like an arrow. He remains as still as a statue, while Naina snatches her from him and takes her out of the room, leaving everyone shocked. He tries to understand her behavior behind this step, but fails.

After Sometime

Shefali tries to reason out with Naina, but she is adamant that she didn't do anything, but in her mind she does regret her words. But that is that!

'Why do I feel there is much more to that single sentence she said? Her outcry was a whole lot more, than just Saina "not liking me" But what?'

A hand on his shoulder, disturbs his thoughts. He turns around to find Vijay there. 'Dad, I didn't even get a proper look at my child!'

'Beta, tum samajdaar ho, I don't have to tell you, that what she said, and what's in her mind; ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!' Vijay exclaims. 'I think you should always remember, she LOVES YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE! Get her to talk to you and tell you, WHAT'S REALLY BOTHERING HER.' 

'Yes Dad, I know that. But I feel like giving her sometime!' he replies. 

Vijay just smiles.
