I was holding a frozen lollipop we bought inside Fantasyland. As I looked around this other themed land, all I could spot was a variety of light colors.

The floors were lilac. Even the trash bins and different attractions were pastels in color. Karamihan nga ng nandito ay puro mga babae at mga batang napilit ang magulang nila.

Hindi ko nga alam kung paanong nadala namin sina Won at Jayden dito. Kung sabagay, madali naman silang kaladkarin. Won isn't showing a palpable interest in the place but he still went. Jayden also didn't utter a word when we asked to get on here.

There's no means to say no. They're overpowered with two incredible women, who currently, are eating lollipops.

Today is our second day in Disneyland. Dumating kami matapos ang lunch. The plan now is to watch another stage show named Mickey and the Wondrous Book. Pumasok kami sa Storybook Theater kung saan gaganapin ang show.

The venue is slightly dim. Sobrang lawak ng espasyo. The seats are elevated just like the usual cinema arrangement and the stage is like obviously one in the theater plays.

Nilingon ko ang excited na si Chloe habang naghahanap kami ng mauupuan.

"Hails, tara sa harapan," aya niya pa sa masayang tono.

Chloe really has an attachment to theatrical things. Back in our senior high school years, she always join theater clubs. She has exceptional acting skills. Maganda rin ang boses niya. Magaling rin sumayaw at napaka-expressive ng dating.

"Hails, let's go." Kinalabit ako ni Chloe nang makita niya ang bakanteng upuan sa harapan. Hinawakan niya ang braso ko. "Ang laki-laki ng tainga mo pero hindi mo ako marinig. Kanina pa kita tinatawag."

She poked my Minnie Mouse ear hat. Binili ko iyon nang sumaglit kami sa isang souvenir shop sa Mainstreet bago kami magpunta rito.

"Sorry."

Napahawak pa ako sa ear hat ko dahil medyo nagulo ni Chloe. I tucked the ends of my ear hat behind my ear.

Naupo kami sa puwestong nahanap. The seats are made of wooden pews which are enough to cater a lot of people. Naupo lamang kami sa gilid malapit sa aisle.

Once the people already filled up the whole space, the show started. Unang lumabas ang mascot nina Mickey at Goofy. I grinned and faced Jayden.

"Bakit ka naman nandoon, Jayden?" biro ko. Itinuro ko si Mickey Mouse na nasa stage at sumasayaw. "Sabi ko sa'yo huwag kang lalayo."

Jayden smirked at my joke. I thought a glare would follow but then, he gazed at me intently.

"I can only be Mickey if you are my Minnie, Almira."

My lips parted at his statement. Bahagyan kong nilingon si Chloe sa kabilang gilid ko pero masyado siyang nakatuon sa show kaya hindi niya 'yon narinig.

I heard Jayden chuckling at me. It sounded victorious that my cheeks blushed. It's only a good thing the lights were dim enough to hide the redness of my face.

Nang-aasar ako tapos sasagutin niya ako ng pick-up line? Akala niya ba ay porque nagde-date kami, kikiligin na ako?

"Wag mo akong pakiligin," sagot ko nang nakanguso. "Wag dito."
