Me:(Pointing towards the office)Thabangs in handcuffs
Alexus:(Laughing)Oh fuck!!!
Me:(Giving her the bitch resting face) and why is this amusing to you
Alexus:I'm sorry but i love drama(Chuckling)

Thabangs looks to our side and our eyes lock for a short while and I see him mouth the words "I'll be back" I pull on Alexus's hand signaling for us to go.I was furious with Thabang his so fucking selfish how can he get busted who is he leaving me with here at school his probably gonna get locked up (Btw Thabang is 18 and is in grade 10 yes life is hectic mahn so Thabang could really go to prison and not juvenile)We arrive to class and I'm still fuming my mind is definitely not here I can see the teachers mouth moving but I can't hear her at all when the bell rings I take my stuff and I don't even bother saying goodbye to Alexus I just head out rushing to the spot where they usually pick me up I couldn't wait to get home as I'm exiting the school gate there he was standing with his arms folded looking at me..As much as I was still mad at him I couldn't help but run towards him and give him a big hug
Thabang:Eyy someone was worried
Me:(Slapping the back of his head)Of course I was Thabang(Clicking my tongue)What happened?
Thabang:Relax they took me in because there's a snitch in the school and that snitch snitched me out cause I sell weed at school but when I got to the station they didn't find shit on me or my bag and  obviously I denied everything
Me:So whose the snitch
Thabang:There he is (Pointing at the back of me)
I turned and it was one of the niggahs in Vanos crew now it all makes sense as to why Vano wasn't arrested cause he also sells weed at school I turn to look back at Thabang and I see him signaling for his gang members to come my eyes pop out when he takes out his knife
Me:Woah Thabang what are you doing put that back
Thabang:Nah fuck that snitches get stitches
Me:Thabang no please don't please Thabang bheka(look) you know I hate violence so why you doing this Thabang don't please
Thabang gently pushes me out of the way and tells one of his boys to make sure I'm safe and he heads directly towards that niggahs direction
I can't even scream out for him to stop cause that would attract attention and already Vano's niggah would know Thabang is on to him I cover my mouth in shock when Thabang stabs his shoulder and the crowd emerges rushing towards the scene and in no time Vanos gang is there and the two gangs are already beating each other up im about to run towards the scene when the niggah Thabang said must take care of me holds my hand
Me:Ngiyeke!!!(Let go)
Him:Uzolimala(you'll get hurt)
Me:So kuncone kulimale uthabang?(So it's better for Thabang to get hurt)

My attention moves from the guy when I see one of Vanos boys run inside a house opposite school and Thabang runs behind him carrying a brick
Me:THABANG!!!(I manage to escape out of the guys grip and run towards that house but it's hard to get through the crowd...the crowd clears as the school principal makes his way inside the house and I manage to get to the gate when this other guy from school said Baby girl uzolimala uyaphi?(You'll get hurt where are you going?) I don't waste my time on giving him a response instead I wait outside the gate waiting for Thabang....Thabang walks out with the principal and next minute there's blue lights the crowd dispersed cause I mean who the fuck wants to get arrested for watching a fight but the cops didn't arrest anyone I guess they were called just to clear the crowd or control the scene i call out for Thabang but he can't hear me over the whole commotion I just stood there watching the principal take him...
